I used to visit this location when I was in the area vacationing with my family. Very shabby looking men and women clothing items. Alot of rude Caucasian customers with bad attitudes that visit this store location, but it is to be expected due to the area. Also the staff are not friendly or welcoming of different races of people shopping here other then Caucasians. FYI...there are other races with money that shop in the area. You don't own the mountains. Will definitely not be returning here...EVER! ~Gee

Very poor customer service. One male employee with long dark hair was very unprofessional he pushed me off to find a part I had no idea what I was looking for. But I still looked anyways. And the employees just kept chatting. Not helping anyone that might need help. Just all around bad experience. Needless to say I went to Advance Auto Parts instead. ~Hanna

We had body repair done for a 2018 Camry after hitting a deer. I felt there was a fair amount of follow up required when communicating with the front desk and a delay in getting parts (supply chain issues). However, once Jeremy was engaged, I was satisfied with the updates. The insurance company wanted to do aftermarket replacement parts and to patch the hood (which was pierced by the deer's hoof). Jeremy was not in agreement with using aftermarket parts since the Camry was such a new model vehicle nor with patching the hood. When we picked up the car, it was in perfect condition. Jeremy helped get the settings redone before we left and told us if we noticed anything else to drop by and he would get it resolved. We did notice that the car was lagging slightly when cranked and we had the battery checked. Indications were that it needed to be replaced - I'm guessing it was because it sat after the accident while waiting on parts? Jeremy was able to update the claim to include a new battery and the insurance covered the replacement. I was really satisfied with the effort he put forth to ensure we were happy with the work performed. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~Kris

And I'm proud to say that as a local, of copperhill TN, and the surrounding city of blue ridge, I would strongly encourage you to take any problem you may have big or small to , Gary and Grayson over at the Blue ridge handy lube. They are two smart ol cats I'll tell ya.., personally working with the two of them I have learned many things. Those two super honest Mechanics, and well knowledgeable as well as their techs. Mr Gary Bearden. has been at the the establishment for over 35 years! So he knows a thing or two about making thinks go vroom! Yeehawww. Whatever your need big or small, stop on in! I no longer work at the handy lube but still love it dearly, qnd hold Gary and Grayson dear to my heart I now work at the Ford dealership in elijay . I got my fiance her ring here. The sales lady was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. But what made this experience truly incredible was that more then a year later the center stone fell out. We took it back today and got there 45 minutes before they opened. When John seen us walk up (even though they were not open) he came outside and talked to us about it. First saying congratulations then taking the ring and looked at it. We told him we were almost 1 month from the day of the wedding and just needed it back by then. He said no need for that and fixed it himself and had it ready in less then a few hours. This is what makes this place so special. Truly awesome people!! ~Xavier
