Wonderful family owned business that truly cares about the community. They hand select jewelry, and they treat each customer special. Thankful to have them as our trusted jeweler!

I got my fiance her ring here. The sales lady was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. But what made this experience truly incredible was that more then a year later the center stone fell out. We took it back today and got there 45 minutes before they opened. When John seen us walk up (even though they were not open) he came outside and talked to us about it. First saying congratulations then taking the ring and looked at it. We told him we were almost 1 month from the day of the wedding and just needed it back by then. He said no need for that and fixed it himself and had it ready in less then a few hours. This is what makes this place so special. Truly awesome people!!

Took my ring in to have the stone replaced When I went to pick it up it had been sized down to a 5 .my ring size is a 6 and a 1/2 I couldn't get my ring on and I told them that it was too small and asked if they sized it ,and they said yes and I asked why because there was nothing in the instructions that said it needed to be sized They told me it was probably because I wasn't used to wearing it and my fingers were just swollen I told them no and I showed them very clearly that it was too small. they measured it and they were like yeah its a 5 and I said yeah I wear a 6 and a 1/2 my ring should never have been sized, So they told me they would fix it and I could pick it up later I go back and get it.fast forward 2 months to now the bottom of my ring is split because when they seized it they wore the metal down so thin that it cracked

I took my ring in to have a stone replaced in October 2020. I called one month later to check on the status and I was told that they were trying to find a stone to match the others (tanzanite). Seemed like a reasonable response so I waited. I month later I stopped in to check on the status and I was told that they were not able to find a stone to match and they were going to send it off to someone who could match it. Again, seemed like a reasonable response. 1 month later I called again and was informed that John would call me back with the status of my ring. Again, I waited for a week for a return call and did not receive one. So, I stopped in and found that my ring was still there and had never been sent out. Needless to say I left with my ring and will never ever return. This is the worst customer service and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I'm not sure how they stay in business other than the fact that they are the only game in town.

My fiancé went here to get help with my engagement ring. They were so helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend this diamond center. The owner is one of the nicest guys I know! Great people to work with and strong Christians.

The settings on my great grandmother's 100 year old platinum engagement ring were a little loose and I was afraid the three karat center diamond may fall out, so I took it to the Diamond Center in Blue Ridge for tightening and to have the prongs built up with more platinum. I must admit I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews on this place, but I took it in anyway. MISTAKE!!!!! When I went to pick up my ring, to the surprise of the sales rep, I had brought my own loop so I could inspect the work. Not only were the prong settings rough and full of pits and peaks, but the filigree mounting on one side had been completely disfigured and melted. I was horrified and sickened. The prongs could be repaired, but the 100 year old mounting was forever ruined. When I told the salesclerk about it and asked her to look at it, she did admit that there were a few rough spots on the prongs that needed attention, but she denied seeing what I was seeing as far as the mounting being destroyed. So I told her I wanted the repairman (I call him that because he is not a jeweler in my eyes) to look at it, which he did and he denied seeing anything. So I called over another salesclerk and she denied seeing anything. By this time I was livid and it was only when I practically drew them a picture that their eyes opened to see the irreversible damage done to my great grandmother's ring. Of course then he denied causing the damage, but I fully inspected that ring before I took it in and it was perfect and it being the ring that it is, I know all the history and work that has ever been done on it. I was not walking out of the store with it until something was done. He said he would fix and polish the prongs holding the center diamond and "try" to do something with the disfigured setting. I left with my stomach in knots, and came back in about two hours. The prongs were fixed right this time, and the disfigured filigree had been smoothed over with a few holes put through it to try and make it look lacey, but that side of the mounting is forever ruined. This is my experience with the Diamond Center and I will NEVER go back in there and would not recommend them for any needed work or repairs. If I could I would have given this place negative stars.

I have been to the Blue Ridge Diamond Center for years and trust them with all of my jewelry. They are so kind and so much fun to work with. I recently bought a ring there that is beautiful and love their selection. They always have unique pieces. My repairs are always excellent. These are MY jewelers!

Rusty, Sandra and the whole staff are the best folks around for your jewelry needs. Can you save $ buying online? Certainly but you can't match the price AND service you get from them! You can trust them and that alone is worth its weight in gold

Went to replace a lost wedding ring for my husband for his birthday and our up coming anniversary. They were very helpful and I ended up with a jacket for my wedding ring. We will be back! We have a ring in for repair and by then Im sure hubby will pick out a ring by then. Pleasant experience, helpful and I love my ring!

Last year I bough my Fiance' an engagement ring at the diamond center in blue ridge. Every day people comment on how beautiful her ring is. So many people ask where we got it. And we have even had people that work in the Diamond business say that is a amazing ring. They ask what we paid and they can never believe we got that great of a deal on it. Their prices are very fair! I picked up Pandora charms and bracelets for all the girls in my family here. They have a amazing selection for this also. I would highly recommend stopping by before heading to the big diamond stores in Atlanta. You will be surprised at what you see!
