BE AWARE. My friends are too nice to do this, but I’m not. They sent their engagement ring in to get a wedding band designed to fit perfectly. WELLL they LOST their engagement ring! Went in to talk to them and they “refunded the wedding band purchase” but they have to “call them on Monday (today)to discuss the engagement ring” absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate. And guess who did not receive a call?! They always dreamed of handing down their original engagement ring to their children and generations to come. But now that is ruined because of carelessness. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Mandi is fantastic and has always taken care of my husband and I every time we go in even if we end up not buying something. She has helped us get my hard to find engagement ring, helped me weigh the options of a wedding band, sold us my husbands band and continues to remember who we are every time we visit. 10/10 best customer service all around every time we go. They are not pushy on the sales and understand when we need to make a return.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location by any and every means. Every time I come here, it’s an issue. EVERY time. Now, you can’t do a same day return from another store. What difference does it make if it’s KAY’s and I have a receipt? I could’ve found something here that I didn’t see there… just ridiculous! EVERY time.

I went to the Kay with my fiancé to check out the ring design and the size. Young couple, fist time to do so, of course, zero experience. When I was asked to give my ring finger for the size measure, I give the right hand. IMMEDIATELY, I was told by the sale lady that:” we American use left hand for engagement ring”. That was not friendly. So you guys draw the conclusion of this review. Still, second salesperson came and helped with the ring design. But I just feel this shop has certain opinion/attitude on non-American look customers🤷🏻♀️

Let me tell you about Ms. D 😊 She is so personable! She has such an attitude of excellence! My husband and I came in with one piece of jewelry (broken) and she worked so many angles to get us more than what we were told. The end result was in our favor and I'm pleased! We will return sooner than later 😏

I ordered a ring and patiently waited two weeks for it to come back only to have it be incorrect. I was told if the ring was incorrect before leaving the store with my initial purchase that they would do all they could to make sure I was satisfied. However, when I I went to pick up my ring and altered the associate that it was incorrect I was told everyone makes mistakes and all they could do was resend it to the jeweler and have me wait another week for pick up. I requested a full refund due to the inconvenience but that was denied. Per the associate all the other work requested was correct therefore she could only refund what was not completed. I did not pay a deposit for the work but the entire cost therefore I expected what I paid for to be done. Yet I was called to pickup a ring that was incorrect. It’s terrible that this company does not provide options to help customers when they are erroneous beyond what they want to do and not what is best for the customer at the time.

I had the best experience at the Cumberland Mall Kay Jewelers. I had the privilege of working with Reinhard who helped me find a new wedding ring. It was an effortless and easy experience. He didn’t pressure my husband and I. Thank you for making such a big purchase special.

The shopping experience was truly a great one! On the rare occasion that I go to a jewelry store, I want top tier customer service! Mrs. Singleton was an exemplary example of what customer service should be! I will definitely return to this specific location to see her, she was fantastic!
