I shop a lot at pandora, but I just moved to this side of town so I barely starting going to this location and this was my 3rd time last times was no wait just a quick in and out, but this last time there was a Clipboard to sign in and it was a wait… completely understandable it’s about to be mothers days but I had my toddler with me. So when they started calling other folks to attend a lady asked what about her because she was next. They were like okay sorry we’ll get you right after that lady was a black women. All the lady’s that work there are that same race but I seriously didn’t think that mattered But then me and this other lady that is white that was before me were next and then a black male guy had just walked in and was on the bottom of the list. But the lady’s once again just look at him and attended him instead of going by the list when we asked she said I’ll get you after him and we showed them the list that we were there first but they still decided to attend him. They pick and choose by race which is not right at all. I don’t have once racists bone in my body but am shocked there really are people like that when they are supposed to be professional and be fair. Money is money business is business! I was late picking up my girls from school because I was not attended by the list and waited for over an hr 20 min which if they would have gone by the list maybe 30 min wait but nope and I had an impatient toddler which for no reason will I ever go back to that Pandora store sad to say because I have a credit card with them and now have to avoid a certain place close to home and go further. Even when I have been out of state California and Texas have I never had an more ugly experience just because of racism. Pretty sure nothing about this will be done but fyi sure am not the first or will be the last with that experience there.

Whoever answered just answered the phone was very short & rude. Told me that my pick up order wasn’t complete because they simply weren’t doing pick ups. Come to find out my order was actually cancelled because the items were out of stock. Update!!! Went to arbor place pandora & had a completely different experience. They were so nice & welcoming. GO TO ARBOR PLACE INSTEAD. SO MYCH BETTER.

They always have the right charm to convey the exact sentiment or commemorate that landmark occasion. This time my wife got her PhD a week before Christmas. Admittedly the line was long outside the store and although distanced the store was crowded. Busy as they were, The sales associates handled it perfectly. Courteous and conscious of COVID-19 protocol, they recognized the waiting customers and serviced those appointed to their counter space. I showed the sales associate a picture of my wife's locket and told her the occasion and FIRST TRY she nailed it! 🔨. Made it worth the wait to minimize the wait. If that makes sense.

I agree with others. One star is generous. My first and last time there. The red head assistance manger is a you know what. She obviously can’t handle crowds. She looked overwhelmed and started having attitude. I wanted to ask one simple question and she said if you have a question stand in line. I waited 30 mins to get in the store. The sales rep who helped me was very nice and helpful. I stood online For another 30 mins to checkout. They have the worst process ever! Once I got up there they told me I couldn’t exchange my item because they couldn’t find the name. Well it’s your product and you know it. I gave all the info I knew. They wanted me to call the person.l who hit it for me. If someone got you a gift, would you want to call them to let them know you basically don’t’ like it and want to exchange it???? I DO NOT THINK SO! Rude. The manager there is useless as well. I wasted almost 2 hours in that store and walked out with nothing. Never again!

Was very dissatisfied with the service that I received at this location from the assistant manager I believe her name was Molly or Holly or something to that effect. I was trying to use my 10% discount Coupon for being a healthcare worker. And she was giving me all of this attitude saying that she could not receive the discount because it was through a third-party and I showed her proof where the coupon was direct with Pandora and she still would not honor it. I just feel like that’s not the kind of customer service you give a Pandora card holder nor a customer. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION however I would like to give an amazing five stars to my sales associate AleciyaI keep up the great customer service.

One star is too generous for the hour I wasted at the Cumberland Mall location. I knew better than to shop there. The staff is incompetent. After waiting 20 minutes to enter the store, I ask my salesperson if the in-store sale is the same as the online sale. She says yes. I make my selections and ask for a total. The salesperson tells me they'll tell me the price at check-out. It doesn't sound right, especially as I look around and see other salespeople with calculators, but what do I know. I wait another 30 minutes to check-out. I approach the cashier and she begins ringing up my order. I ask her the cost of the different items...she gives me a crazy look and says the salesperson should have told me. Obviously she didn't, which is the only reason I'd ask. She says she'll check. I ask again- are the prices in store the same as online. She snarks- yes, of course. As she rings me up, she begins to ring a collection item as separate pieces. I tell her it's a set...she has to find a box for the price. She scans the box and the price is full retail. I show her the online price and she says- oh, let me find out if we'll honor that. I remind her I asked about the online vs. in-store prices just a few minutes ago. She asks a manager and the manager tells her they won't honor the online price. What?!?  I asked the question TWICE!!  Why wouldn't the staff know something as basic as online prices vs. in-store prices?!  What a total waste of time!! It was my first and last Pandora experience.

Had an interview a this location. Called 7 times prior to the interview to confirm time of interview. No one answered the phone nor returned my messages. When I arrived at the time given they instructed me that I was late for the interview. Told me somebody would reach out and asked me to leave the store. Bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend working here.

Wish I could give zero stars! This store racial discriminated my wife and daughter! They completely ignored her. It took my daughter tapping in the managers back for her to turn around and look at them! Then the manager said they wouldn’t exchange because it was an online order! I called the store TWICE and they picked up the phone and hung up without even saying hello. I think the company needs to clean house at this location. Not what you expect from the pandora brand! DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.
