They are so bad for customers service I order a badminton racket unstring but the send you with string on it due to the string the racke came damage I contact them and inform but the blame on me they say I did it . They didn’t refund my $300 . Don’t buy anything from them

Saleem and his team knows what they’re doing and provides a great service. He is very personable and helpful with all of us customers whether you’re a beginner or advanced racquet user. The best part is the variety that they have. Most stores say they “have everything or a high variety ON HAND,” but they don’t. PNC does have everything in stock when I come in. Highly recommend!

Notice to ALL Potential buyers. Do not buy anything from this shop unless you don’t mind receiving damaged products and not having anyway to get a full refund. !! Ordered a racket from these guys. The racket was damaged and used so I sent it back. They had the audacity to charge me -$40 on a $99 racket. Good thing I paid by credit card and by Amazon. They will have a strike against them in Amazon and have this review for all you to see. Update : seller has been harassing me to stop posting any reviews of their terrible customer service. Receiving a tennis racket with a paint chip in the throat of the racket apparently qualifies for a $40 restocking fee?? I don’t think so.

Im sorry i didnt check this feedback before i placed my order. VERY POOR SERVICE. I ordered a brand new high end badminton racket, only to receive wrong specs, no plastic seal and it being strung when i didnt order that. That being said, this company had the nerve to tell me that i damaged the racket because i returned without a seal, bare in mind i sent pictures thr same day of being delivered. Save yourself the time and energy.

PNC sports has items on their website that are not in stock. I called to ask about a racket to double check- since its a difficult to find model yet fully in stock on the PNC website. The clerk on the phone said we don't have those and hung up. I am happy I called first. Don't wast your time.

I had a great experience here. Excellent customer service. Staff is very friendly and provides enough detail for racquets. Didn't push me to buy my racquet right away. I would recommend others to buy their racquets from here.

Wide selection of new used and refurbished equipment. Would help if they were more up front about the equipment his buddies damaged before they refurbish it. Bought damaged equipment here once. Requested establishment reclaim the racquet from Wilson they did nothing. Contacted Wilson myself and Wilson was glad to replace the racquet. Nice staff but very unfriendly owner.
