Good restaurant Good food But tip its obligation they added on my bill %15 as of service charge , First time I saw in my life, My first time was here I checked bill and I saw the addition charges , My wife came here many times she never checked and she was paying tip top of the service charge and they never say anything about, You should warned your customer tips are included in your bill!! But again great delicious food plates are huge that you can finish it all we took it home rest of the food ~Kenan

I was so happy to renew my baby's passport and I just arrived in the poss office in deer park. I said good afternoon and he didn't even say good afternoon he was on his cell phone and he said what you want his name is ross was an arrogant person with no education person I can't believe how people like him can work. My father was on vacation in Vegas, Nevada. But he left his medication which is needed for his health. I was mostly concerned because I generally don’t do overnight shipping and don’t know how reliable it is. When I came to the location the employee here was very friendly and she helped me through the process. I was able to send the package priority overnight and it reach there early morning the next day. The reason why I gave 3 stars and not 2 is because the same day delivery was great and it was delivered on time like I wanted, but the fruits were not too fresh. The strawberries were not the nicest and looked like they sat in the store for couple of days. I was disappointed with the strawberries and for the price I expected the fruits to look better. First time it has happened to me so I might give another chance in the future from this store. ~adrian

I Arrived at 7:55.am . Supposedly opens at 8.No one came to open up till 8:25. Only one mechanic,so we all had to wait for car in front to be done. 5 cars waiting. I didn't leave till 920. I went into your croc store in the deer park outlets NY and I was going to purchase 2 pairs of crocs until I went to the register to find out that they were being false advertised, I told the manager “Aubrey” the only thing she said was “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do because we haven’t gotten a chance to change the signs due to being short staffed” which I understand being that I also work in the customer service industry but that is also unacceptable. I wasted my time picking out 2 pairs of shoes which I ended up leaving them because I was lead to believe they were on sale. I will not be returning to this store. Amongst that, they have the shoes on the wrong hanger so I had to physically check every shoe to make sure it was the correct size. Very unpleasant experience. ~Jessica
