I just watch the employees at this location lie about someone stealing. This was so disappointing and absurd. Not only can these young ladies get in big trouble by there family, but even the law . The Manger Zairia went right along with the other employees. If that wasn't bad enough they tried to brag about getting them in trouble. And that they just don't like the girl . I can't believe this is the type of people being employed by Crocs . I have never been so disappointed with the lack of character that went unnoticed with hiring these people.

I would give more stars. Very nice staff, except for one. It seemed to be the shift manager, I didn’t get a name but she had black hair with a bit of blue in it. I was in search of a jibbitz for my crocs, and when I opened the drawer with extras jibbitz, she came over and said in a rude tone something along the lines of “can I help you find something”. I explained that I was looking for a certain jibbitz but she said snappily we are all out. Later when checking out I see one of the jibbitz that were “all out” and was able to purchase it. I helped myself more than this lady did. 2 stars for the rest of the staff since they were nice

Manager is rude and far from helpful or accommodating. Staff stands around in a circle talking instead of assisting customers. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere from now on

The store here is usually packed, but they have a huge collection of crocs, socks and jibbitz. They usually carry a nice selection of jibbit combo packs buy one get one discounted deals on crocs and charms. I bought a new pair of crocs and wore them out last time I went.

I went into your croc store in the deer park outlets NY and I was going to purchase 2 pairs of crocs until I went to the register to find out that they were being false advertised, I told the manager “Aubrey” the only thing she said was “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do because we haven’t gotten a chance to change the signs due to being short staffed” which I understand being that I also work in the customer service industry but that is also unacceptable. I wasted my time picking out 2 pairs of shoes which I ended up leaving them because I was lead to believe they were on sale. I will not be returning to this store. Amongst that, they have the shoes on the wrong hanger so I had to physically check every shoe to make sure it was the correct size. Very unpleasant experience.

The store is within the Tanger outlet. It was very well stocked and organized. The associates were extremely friendly and helpful. The line was not long nor was the store overcrowded. I will definitely come again!
