Best shoe store in Deer Park, New York (NY) 2024

I went into your croc store in the deer park outlets NY and I was going to purchase 2 pairs of crocs until I went to the register to find out that they were being false advertised, I told the manager “Aubrey” the only thing she said was “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do because we haven’t gotten a chance to change the signs due to being short staffed” which I understand being that I also work in the customer service industry but that is also unacceptable. I wasted my time picking out 2 pairs of shoes which I ended up leaving them because I was lead to believe they were on sale. I will not be returning to this store. Amongst that, they have the shoes on the wrong hanger so I had to physically check every shoe to make sure it was the correct size. Very unpleasant experience. ~Jessica

Shopping for a wedding in Florida I have to attend in December, I needed a light cardigan. I met Stacey in N.Y. Dress Shop. She helped pulled my outfit together and is extremely helpful and sweet. Saleem and his team knows what they’re doing and provides a great service. He is very personable and helpful with all of us customers whether you’re a beginner or advanced racquet user. The best part is the variety that they have. Most stores say they “have everything or a high variety ON HAND,” but they don’t. PNC does have everything in stock when I come in. Highly recommend! ~Nick
