I ordered a laptop from Amazon but there was a signature requirement and they were unable to deliver it because I wasn’t home. To my surprise rather than scheduling a redelivery they had just placed it in this FedEx facility that was only a two minute drive from my home. I stopped by after work and was able to pick it up within two minutes after signing for it. It’s just very convenient when you can have a FedEx facility near you for these types of things

FedEx is really reliable when you’re shipping internationally but I feel like packaging should always be free when you’re spending money regardless of how big the parcel is. Like I get that I’m sending a big computer abroad but I feel like the packaging should be free and that is not the case. It was only about 12 bucks but still

I never write reviews, but I absolutely have to share. I was trying to make a Walmart return. It required that I go to a FedEx ship center and provide scan code and they print the label. I went to 7 “authorized ship centers” before this stop. It was Saturday 18th around 10am. The young man was so incredibly helpful. He could have easy said “sorry we can’t take that package her” but instead he loaded an address to another FedEx location in my phone & stated “I promise you, go here and this will be your last stop” —- which of course it was. My point, he took the extra one minute to help me, to go the extra step. It’s a shame more people don’t do this. This young man was great and FedEx should be aware!

Over the past few months, my jobs required me to send out lots of documents because we have so many remote employees and using this location has been a blessing because I don’t have to drive too far from home and I could drop off packages or envelopes The staff is very friendly and they process customers very fast, overnight pick ups are very late so as long as you’re not driving towards the end of the day your package will go out on the same day

If you need to drop off packages you’ll feel a lot safer dropping it here dropbox since it’s a physical location with actual employees and you get receipt with trackin. In addition to that there’s a large amount of packages that won’t even fit in a dropbox and this location can except very large size packages.

I had an exorbitantly large amount of legal documents I needed to be copied but I had come in close to the closing time of the store. Luckily the FedEx attendant helped me a lot by remaining extra past the time of closing. I think this store has a very friendly and helpful staff

This is an excellent drop off location as well as a place to send out FedEx packages if you don’t already have a label. And the lines are pretty fast so if you’re worried about waiting that won’t be a concern
