I had an excellent experience both yesterday and today. Ricky helped me both days. I was replacing my younger daughter's phone yesterday and he was friendly, and helpful. He willingly volunteered to check if they had different cases in the back for the phone she was getting and put the screen protector we were getting on the phone for her without me having to ask. It was greatly appreciated, that kind of thing can be a nightmare. Today we went back again to replace my older daughter's phone. We got the same model and had a similarly excellent experience. I was very satisfied with how nice and quickly things got done. He replaced my older daughter's sim card because we were having issues with her old phone, and put the screen protector on her phone as well. I would highly recommend seeing him if you go there.
