It is impossible to speak with anyone at the Deer Park office. I wanted to try to resolve an issue without having to come in but that is not possible. I’m very disappointed.

I was so happy to renew my baby's passport and I just arrived in the poss office in deer park. I said good afternoon and he didn't even say good afternoon he was on his cell phone and he said what you want his name is ross was an arrogant person with no education person I can't believe how people like him can work. Omg this is sad how there can be people like this arrogant man .😭

The guy processing the passport application, extremely rude and acts like he’s doing you a favor for doing his job. I wish we could have gone to a different office. It was such a horrible experience and by the look of these reviews, this is just how he is.

The guy processing the passport application, extremely rude and acts like he’s doing you a favor for doing his job. I wish we could have gone to a different office. It was such a horrible experience and by the look of these reviews, this is just how he is.

The passport guy is rude and costing me time and money. I paid for them to take my baby’s picture on 7/7 and submitted all the new passport docs with him. Even paid for expedited processing. Today Aug 4th I get a letter in the mail that the picture doesn’t meet requirements for the passport. HOW?!?! The postal worker who I paid to take the pictures does this for a living!!! The audacity to be rude, take my money, and still do a terrible job!!! Now the process will be delayed even further and I have to pay for new pictures and pay to ship them out next day!!!!!!! (UPDATE) The woman working the passport office took the pics for free and a clerk in the front sent them out free of charge.

This is my one of the best postal office ever. I live in the next town but I rather come to this postal office...The customer service our clerks offer here is superb!!! I had important documents that needed to be at certain location and time sensitive, and North. Babylon Postal office, made sure it got there on time and way before the due time. NBPO treats their customers as a good friend that's got one back. Thank you so much!!!!!

it's pathetic to have my new born daughter passport application "in transit" for 24 days as of today, I asked the passports employee for a tracking number and he refused to give it to me . Today after tons of phone calls to the department of state and pushing to have the tracking number , I realized that my daughter's birth certificate and passport application are never made it to the department of state and held somewhere and they still "searching" for it which should be an EXPEDITE request which I paid $60 extra for . I spoke to the supervisor who today who used the COVID-19 shutdown as a reason of an expedited package took more than 24 days for not being delivered to its destination inside USA (international packages take less) . Funny thing is my bills are making it on time . I wish a higher manager to contact me

Another example of why the government keeps bailing them out. The only way to make any sort of complaint is through an 800 phone#, yeah, so they can protect their own butts. Sickening

Wish i could give no stars! The passport worker was extremely rude. We had scheduled an 11:15 appointment, and he called me at 10:30 to ask if i could come earlier. No please, no thank you, nothing. We got there around 10:40, and he gave us an attitude saying he didn’t mean that much earlier. He had us fill some papers out and told us we had to do it quickly because he had a 10:45 appointment. After using his dirty pen to fill out our applications, he proceeded to exchange a few rude and unprofessional comments with us. Needless to say, we left and went to a different post office. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. This guy should not have a job.

As a person whose constantly shipping packages I can honestly say I've never been in such a hostile environment. The first and last time I go to this office. You could tell these ladies did not want to be there, I dealt with "Shiv" who had a nasty attitude just because some of the labels on the boxes didn't have enough tape. All she needed to do was scan the boxes and throw them in the back , we did all the hard work for her! She gave me tape so I gave them a second star but I much rather go to the post office in North Babylon (they're helpful and friendly.)
