We had body repair done for a 2018 Camry after hitting a deer. I felt there was a fair amount of follow up required when communicating with the front desk and a delay in getting parts (supply chain issues). However, once Jeremy was engaged, I was satisfied with the updates. The insurance company wanted to do aftermarket replacement parts and to patch the hood (which was pierced by the deer's hoof). Jeremy was not in agreement with using aftermarket parts since the Camry was such a new model vehicle nor with patching the hood. When we picked up the car, it was in perfect condition. Jeremy helped get the settings redone before we left and told us if we noticed anything else to drop by and he would get it resolved. We did notice that the car was lagging slightly when cranked and we had the battery checked. Indications were that it needed to be replaced - I'm guessing it was because it sat after the accident while waiting on parts? Jeremy was able to update the claim to include a new battery and the insurance covered the replacement.
