We needed to replace a phone. Only one actual employee was in the store when we went in shortly after 3pm. After 10 minutes an AT&T rep (not an employee) greeted us and explained it would be a few more minutes. After 30 minutes the worker was still trying to setup a business account for the only other person in the store. After another ten minutes, there was a 4 person deep line, and we left to try another location.

I came to buy iPhone yesterday ,the store representative was slow,was rude,sold the iPhone without helping to set it up,said he was busy, because of the other customer.awful service,never again buying anything there

Makayla and Moses had amazing customer service and helped with everything. I drove an hour to this location and the drive was well worth it. They explained everything in detail and helped set everything up. 5 stars is not enough.

Maurice McKnight, was an outstanding employee. I walked in knowing what type of phone, plan, accessories, etc.. he helped ensure everything met the standards I was needing. Getting everything set up so all I had to do, was walk out and use my new phone. Along the way, providing a very engaging conversation. I highly recommend using this store for any phone issues or wanting a new phone. Because you won't be disappointed.

Went in the store to get technical assistance and every single employee was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend as they are very knowledgeable. i was in and out in less than 5 minutes

It was pretty great they did their best to take care of you and prices was pretty good for what you're getting out of. They now their stuff and they're always trying to help and act as if you don't know anythingabout them and do their best to explain.. which sometimes feels like a bad thing. Regardless today the people wore pretty substantially great! Unfortunately the only downside I did have with it was that they were really new and we're Super hyper which kind of was really off-putting at points! Besides that really great services great deals and awesome people!
