After hours of dealing w T-Mobile and my problem not getting solved so decided to take my business next door to AT&T. Went next door to AT&T and looks like their employees don't want to great, acknowledge or just say hi to anyone walking through the door. Stood around for 10 minutes looking at phones but employees hid in the back. Idk... Back to Verizon, I guess. Such a monopoly

After spending 2 weeks, going to 5 AT&T stores, and calling the Loyalty Department and speaking with supervisors 3 times, attempting to cancel the cell phone on my 94 year old mother that is no longer able to use the phone, Adeel at the 101st & Memorial store was able to actually take time to try and figure out a solution to my problems. Needless to say upon entering the store I was already frustrated that so much of my time had been taken up and no one at AT&T cared to help me, but Adeel was very thorough and really thought of everything possible to find a solution. More AT&T stores need to employ people like Adeel! He truly gave me great customer service, along with the manager of the store, Gary, who also went the extra mile to resolve the issues that 4 other stores, nor the Loyalty department could resolve.

Gladys was a great help! Came in to understand the discounts and sale going on at the time. Found out that we could lower our monthly plan by about $50/month. On top of that, she got us discounts on the newest iPhones with trade-in. The actual trade was $85 but the credit amount she got us was $350. A great customer experience and wonderful help as we set up our new phones.

Cynthia went above & beyond our expectations and took her time to look through every detail of our account and showed us all the ways we could get more by spending less.
