Hidden gem by the lake. We had breadsticks (a must), sandwiches (pulled pork, BLT w/avocado, & Philly), and pizza. The star of the show was definitely the pizza. My boys devoured it. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff friendly. I also loved that they sourced local. MI soda and even the chips were made in Detroit. You get chalk to write on the table. Overall great place and fun experience.

Glad we found this place. The people, the sandwiches, the pizza & homemade cookies. We have done the takeout as well. If you haven't been to Market 22 please plan to go.

Staff was super friendly. We had some amazing bbq pizza and drinks and ate outside under tent they have off the side of the building. Kid-friendly too. :)

I have had the pizza, and the burger at Market 22. Pictured is my son’s Reuben Sandwich. All of the food has been delicious, and the staff is as friendly as can be.

Detroit Pizza better than Buddy's! There's great pizza all over the Leelanau Peninsula, but this is the best. They also have sandwiches with homemade corned beef and pastrami which get rave reviews. I don't eat beef, but they look great and LARGE.

Been coming here for years and keep telling my friends about this place. Unfortunately my opinion this time is different. 1. They messed up half of our order, which happens, but instead of being us the wrong size pizza so we could get started they said they were going to remake it. 2. When it arrived, it was wrong, the cheese bread that we always loved was burned. The pizza was mediocre in flavor. 3. When we mentioned something to the waitress after we asked how things were, she looked at the cheese bread and said “s**t” while I was there with my 2 kids at the table. 3. No apology from the owner which was present. Not even a look, nod, or I’m sorry. With how many times we have been here. The care for customers and the love for the food has disappeared. Will not be back again unfortunately.

Sandwiches here are amazing and I've been told the Rubin pizza is the bomb! Servers were awesome as well. Definitely worth a stop on your trip along m22

Jive “Reuben” with corned beef and coleslaw is just super tasty like everything on their menu! You just cant go wrong! Not to forget the chef’s awesome pizza! The entire market 22 team does a wonderful job and we love spending our weekends after a bike ride here to regenerate!

We stopped in for a late lunch on Thursday -so glad we did! Excellent service, and the food was wonderful! Draft craft beer for both of us, a perfectly grilled cheese sandwich for me. Hubby said it was truly the best Reuben he has had in a while!!! We should have stopped at half, but it was so good! Already planning a return visit before we head home. I hear the Sunday brunch is amazing!

Party of 6 for a late lunch in January. We were the only ones dining in so service was prompt and polite. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. The pizza was very good... not gourmet... and came in a rectangle with 12 slices. Large selection of beer and wine. Small grocery selection available while not giving the feel of a convenience store. Good coffee and other assorted beverages. Would definitely return. Expect to pay about 7 to 8 dollars per person before drinks.
