I ordered a delivery around 7:35pm. I had been waiting over an hour for my delivery. It was two small pizzas and two liters. I called to see if everything was okay and the worker was very blunt and did not give any further details of the order. She said there was one driver and that they were waiting on that. I understand busy,short staffed nights but then my order got assigned to a doordasher. By this time its 9:00pm. Nearly two hours from when i ordered. The doordasher and I communicated and they had only gave him one item of my order so he had to go back again to get the rest. Worst experience ive had with a hungry howies itself.

Called in my order and was transfered to an overseas call center. They messed my order up. The store was nice enough about it, but I cannot justify spending money at a business who would rather send our money out of the country. Update- Now I get a scripted response, most likely from some other out of country team. This is ridiculous. My favorite thing about eating local is that the money stays local. I doubt even half of what is spent stays in the state.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Beware to anyone calling after 9:30 pm. I recently got all the way into a phone order only to be told prior to paying that the manager had decided not to take any additional orders. Horrific staffing and mediocre pizza at best.

I accidentally ordered the wrong toppings and when I went to pick it up I talked to the owner about it and he very nicely offered to make a new pizza. Great service. Thank you!

I ordered the Works pizza, 32 bucks with a pop, it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Frozen premade gray looking mix of nastiness, save your money and pick up a 5 dollar frozen from the store or grab a slice from a gas station, same quality, I remember when Howie's was a good pizza place, what happened?

Terrible service. This would have been my first time trying hungry howies. Friends and family rage about how good it is. I went in to order and the worker was very rude to us. I didnt feel like he wanted me in the store at all. I probably wont come to this location ever again after this. We asked a simple question and he brushed us off like we were being difficult. Kimd of makes me never want to try hungry howies after the way i was treated.

Couldn't even give a courtesy call to let me know my order was canceled. Inatead I'm sitting here at 12:21am (ordered at 9:51pm) looking at my tracker that still says "make" but the payment was reversed. Which, fine, cool, thanks for my money back. However, you guys couldn't spare me sitting here waiting on food that was never going to come? Update the online status, send a cancelation email or give a cancelation phone call

Pizza was burnt with almost no sauce. I walked in and paid then waited for my pizza to finish. They finished and threw it in the warmer. I sat there thinking maybe the bread isn't done. Eventually we stood up and asked for our pizza only to find out our order was sitting there the whole time. I'll never go back, absolutely the worst Howie's I've ever had. If it wasn't our pregame food and I didn't pay for it I wouldn't have even ate it.

This is our go to pizza place as a family for take out pizza. So, we have been here at least 30 times over the years. The prices are reasonable, especially with the specials. Customer service has always been good. They have even taken care of a few pricing descrepencies. We like that they have thin crust, regular and Detroit style deep dish. We are fans of the stuffed crust too :) We look forward to continuing to order from these guys.
