This post office has definitely made some improvements! The front desk clerks are nice, friendly, and helpful. I just wish they would place a self scan kiosk here for prepaid shipping customers. ~Kyle

Shelley and the other employees went above and beyond to help with my returns. While I was there untangling a mess, I witnessed the same level of professionalism and thoroughness with other customers. Kindness is injected into an already difficult situation. I've done business with other med equip companies in town and this was the most painless experience, despite having a difficult time crediting a return to a credit card. This is a great store that has a great collection of Michigan artisans who have their hand-crafted items for sale. Great customer service (always with a smile-we can see that even behind a mask 😉😃) and a diverse selection of handmade items! I ordered a delivery around 7:35pm. I had been waiting over an hour for my delivery. It was two small pizzas and two liters. I called to see if everything was okay and the worker was very blunt and did not give any further details of the order. She said there was one driver and that they were waiting on that. I understand busy,short staffed nights but then my order got assigned to a doordasher. By this time its 9:00pm. Nearly two hours from when i ordered. The doordasher and I communicated and they had only gave him one item of my order so he had to go back again to get the rest. Worst experience ive had with a hungry howies itself. ~Mason
