I live right by this location, a couple blocks away. My son and I walk by the store everyday and I always see a sign in the window for $3.99 smoothies. They’ve had that sign or similar sign for years. Today, I went to order a smoothie and the lady told me, that the blender was broken, they are short staffed, and the $3.99 promo ended last week but they haven’t removed the sign. My son cried. Which felt awful. I don’t really know what’s going on there, but they should stop advertising smoothies if they’re not going to make them.

I placed an order for an arrangement a week prior for Mother’s Day, and I placed the order for curbside pick up. Upon my arrival I contacted the store to let them know my location for the curbside delivery I was informed that my order will be right out. I can see directly into the store at the time there were no customers and I had waited about five or 10 minutes for a curbside pick up after the phone call. The gentleman who delivered my curbside order had an indifference of attitude and was rude on Mother’s Day morning. The gentleman I am referring to wore shorts that day a short sleeve shirt he had tattoos he was a middle-aged white man with short haircut to bald. if there were going to be a delay I would’ve liked if that had been communicated.

My son and daughter in law sent me a beautiful arrangement of fruit for Mother's day It was some of the best fruit I have ever had. I was really impressed Loved everything about it including the the delivery man He was so sweet I will order this again soon

I went on line to place an order and apparently their website was hijacked by fruit bouquets.com. I didn’t realize until after inputting all information. I got the situation taken care of through my credit card company and called back to try and place an order for my friend who has been having a difficult time. I was trying to send a basket of fruit from EA. However, after explaining all of this to Ellie, she was short and unsympathetic with me trying to make a delivery today. I was very polite but she was short with me and rude. This is the third BAD experience I have had with Edible Arrangements. And at three different locations. Maybe ordering from the Fruit Bouquets.com is what I should do anyway. I definitely will NEVER place another order for ANYTHING with or through Edible Arrangements!

Never again will I deal with these people! Someone purchased an arrangement for me for my birthday yesterday. They came to deliver my arrangement yesterday, the card said they were here at 2:45pm. But someone was at home at 2:45pm and I personally arrived home at 2:50pm. Since I had "just missed them" I called the location to see if they could come back since they were "just here". The girl that answered the phone said they were closing in 5 minutes and the delivery was attempted at around 12:30. Definitely NOT what the tag said!*photo attatched as proof* She asked when would be best to reschedule a delivery, I tell her morning, it has to be morning. So she said she would reschedule to be the first delivery. She assured me that the truck gets there at 10am so I could expect my arrangement around 10:30. At 10:45, I called to get a status and the man that answered said it was in route. It is now NOON and has NOT ARRIVED! I have wasted my entire morning waiting and will most likely have to go pick it up myself after all. So frustrating! Why offer a delivery time frame or make delivery promises that you cannot keep? This is ridiculous!

The order process went very smoothly and the small edible was enough for 5 - 10 people. The fruit was sweet and the presentation was fresh and beautiful. However, be prepared for an increase in delivery price for same day order. If you order a day before, delivery is $9.99 but if you place your order for same day delivery-it is $14.99. At any rate, I was happy to be able to send a fresh gift to my god-daughter on her birthday. I would gladly recommend this gift and company.

I was very pleased with the customer service. I was visiting out of town for Mother's Day weekend I placed my order for pick up Sunday. When I came to pick it up they didn't have my order ready by the time I requested pick up. So I waited about 15-20 minuets and they had made me a arrangement right then and there and upgraded it to a large arrangement with balloons etc. I can appreciate them going out of their way to make the situation right and being very nice. I wasn't even upset with the situation because they were so quick to fix it and took ownership of the mistake....I would visit this shop again when I come back to town
