Great location, everyone was helpful and there’s so many options to take care of what I need online or atm 7 mins I’m done back home or work. I prefer atm on busy days, I just check Google to see the high traffic days. Showed me how to make appointments since I’m very busy. I set my account up online instead of waiting around I have more important stuff to do. Can’t believe people still cashing checks like the 90’s smh I come in for items I can’t do online or over the phone like cashiers checks money orders

The bald man working today at 2:15pm at the teller drive up was extremely rude. Not only did it take 15 minutes to deposit cash, he didn’t say thank you or anything.. just sent a crinkled receipt through the tubes and turned his back away from us. Horrible experience and really bad customer service!

The teller was very helpful and quickly accommodated us with a banker, that’s why I give 2 stars instead of 1. I am a loyal Wells Fargo customer and I tried to come in to help my sister open up a new account before she goes off to college. To my surprise the banker was absolutely dismissive and had 0 customer service skills. He looked at us like we were a burden to his day, made no conversation, and eventually dismissed us for having a missing document. I did not even bother to make any further questions because from the looks of it he didn’t care to help us at all. I was very dissatisfied with the service today. PSA: Don’t work in the service industry if you don’t want to help people.

Walked away and left valuables on the counter called like 10 times no answer returned to the bank and asked for help all I got was a whole lot of nothing no one would look at the camera no one even tried to help. Should have taken my business elsewhere!!!

As if it isn't frustrating enough to have wait multiple days for an appoint to set up a business account, getting wrong information from the banker, Aggie, with his manager sitting right next to him is even worse. I was told - and had it repeated for additional clarification - that while I wouldn't be able to see my business and personal accounts on the same webpage, I would be able transfer money between the two online. That was false / incorrect. I currently have to call every time I need to pay myself (from business to personal). I'm being told it's because Aggie and his manager set me up as a key executive and not the business owner. It's a single-owner Texas LLC, who else would be the owner if not me?! Now I have to find a branch further from my home to find someone competent that understand that someone has to own my LLC and it's obviously me.

Closed my account because I bought furniture and did not inform me. Used my card and got embarrassed because my card kept declining in line. Called and waiting 45 minutes for a lady to tell me that it was declining... incompetent people run the customer service. PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT JOINING WELLS FARGO!!! (Any recommendations of better banks?)

Horrible experience... I would have given a zero but it doesn't allow me. Grated, it was close to closing time but the atm outside ate one of my bills while trying to deposit and the people there didn't want to help... Told us to call 1-800# and didn't care. The lady at the 1-800#seemed surprised at that... Yeah, so was I. This is by far unacceptable. If it were their money being stolen by the machine they would have wanted assistance. I'll be moving to a different bank altogether.

One time a bank teller lied to me and said they were the branch manager, called customer service to file complaint and was informed by person taking my complaint that the lady was actually just a teller and not the manager! Finally called and spoke with real branch manager and found out not only did the teller lie about being the manager, but also lied and said it was not possible to do something I requested that the manager actually really can do and did do for me once I spoke with her. Doesn't matter if your inside a bank or call customer service, most wells Fargo employee's will lie to you and purposely not notate your account or do stuff like deposit the customers behind me check in to my account by mistake. Avoid wells Fargo at all cost!

New to the area and I needed a temporary debit card. The second I walked in I was greeted by someone that could help me. He got my temporary card and ordered my new one in all of maybe 10-15 minutes. Knowing I was new to the area area, he brought the manager over to say hi to me. It was great customer service. While the location isn't super ideal, you can't fault the people that work there for that. I not feel comfortable coming in if I ever have an issue. Something I find rare in banks.
