called to reach a teller at this location for just a quick and easy question...waited for almost 20 minutes! No one ever answered! Absolutely horrible service! Pick up the phone people!

I waited over an hour only for them to tell me I need to call their 1-800 number. The level of incompetence at this location is salient from just walking in the door and speaking to them for less than 1 minute. Don’t go here. Don’t bank here. Go over to Chase. This bank is pretty nice. They are fast and smooth/easy to cash checks. Only question i have is are they open until 6pm on Friday or 4pm. Google maps says 4pm. The front door says 6pm. Would appreciate any response. Thanks 👍

I would never recommend this bank. Went in to cash a check that was drawn from Bank Of America and the teller told me she couldn’t cash it because chase stamped it that it wasn’t cashed and that’s what her manager told her. If you don’t want to do you job then just stay home. You and your manager are liars!! Went to the next Bank of America and they cashed it stating the stamp just let’s BOA know that it hasn’t been cashed. I will be emailing corporate. Take your business somewhere else.

7/20/21 Went in to withdraw over $2,500 on a Saturday. Was told I couldn't withdraw more than that on a weekend. Total B.S. It's my money and IT'S A BANK!!!! Unbelievable. Plus still only one teller for about over ten people everytime. And still no drivethru even though almost all other banks have drivethru. Real problem is people don't do anything about bad service. Nothing but complain in reviews. Do as I did. Call corporate offices. Number on back of cards or online. People at bank need to do their jobs better or find ones that can. It's simple. Too many other financial institutions.

Only been here once, but received really good customer service! The bank closes at 4 and I showed up at about 3:45. The line was kinda long, there was only one teller, and I felt bad for getting there so late. However, another teller soon hopped on and the line really began to flow. I approached the teller after the guest in front of me left, however, she had a different person to work with on the side. Fortunately, the other teller noticed this and kindly helped me out, without forcing me to wait in line again or for the other teller. Good observation skills and awareness, and then super fast and efficient service

I visit Bank of America on a weekly basis. I visit several locations in and just outside of San Antonio. This is by far the worst location! I dread coming to this location and try to avoid it as much as I can but since I am in the Vance Jackson area quite frequently there are times it just doesn't make sense to drive farther than I have to. Customer service is terrible here. The wait time is always so lengthy! The tellers are always so slow with no sense of being efficient in a timely manner! On the rare occassion that there is not a long line costumer service is still mediocre. Not to mention the rest of the personnel that are uncomfortably pushy with sales.

The lines are always long . they never have enough tellers and the women up front. Greeter? That she can not not open any more drawers because her employees are not cross. Trained along with her self. How sad for boa and America. Requested a commercial line she looked at me as if. I was nuts. Service deserves no stars

Had a bad experience at this location on 8/28/2019. Upon entering the Vance Jackson location and engaging in the transaction that I arrived on site to do, the teller suggested to me that I qualify for additional benefits. The teller then suggested that I talk with an in-store banker. I proceeded to talk with a banker who offered me a credit card that had low to no interest for 16 months. She refused to give me the range of credit scores that a bank of America credit card would accept (e.g., 550 to 700) upon asking her multiple times. I then applied for this B of A card and was denied. I wish that I was never offered the credit card in the first place. I'm afraid that this hurt my already suffering credit big time....

Words cannot express the wonderful experience I had at this location. I was hesitant to go because of the reviews I have seen. My experience was great! I walked in to inquire about a service and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, Yvette and Jennifer were very helpful and able to answer my questions. In fact, I opened an account! And Yvette took time to explain the details and assisting me with their app. I look forward to continuing my banking relationship at this convenient location. Thank you, Yvette and Jennifer!
