Should have read the reviews before coming to this establishment🙃. Complete waste of time. Drive thru system is a joke very unorganized there is no system to attend members. Waited over an hour to cash a check I thought it was being processed as soon as I sent it. I never got addressed until 30 minutes later just to ask what I was doing with my check. Avoid this bank. ~J

We came in today to update an address, and enroll into online banking. We were greeted and the rep was very nice. Then Michelle R. helped us. Very knowledgeable, professional, gave tips on what not to do when it came to using Zelle. Gave you a sense of peace and she genuinely wanted to assist. She is great and deserve a promotion or an increase in her pay. Congratulations BOA on having great employees. The manger came in a few times to give Miss Michelle over rides and she was so very courteous and professional. Also no long wait time time. Thank you again! ~Elizabeth

I’ve only been to deposit and withdraw cash but it can be at least 20 to 25 minute wait. Lobby line can be long inside. Drive thru, you can be next in line and still be there awhile. If you pull up to an open empty lane there will still be people ahead of you. They do not have the coin machine anymore. They do not accept rolled up coins either ~Ivan
