Worst service ever at this location! 1 bank teller to help customers of a line of about 20/25 people….. Don’t ever have the commercial line open smh. The line keeps growing!

An employee of this branch HELPED A THIEF STEAL MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT! They are in cahoots with a someone that stole my husband’s wallet. Even though we reported it they paid 2 freaking checks to this thief. We reported it and they refuse to give us our money back! Do not recommend this bank!

I truly don't understand how this bank is still open or why such a HUGE facility can operate with only two tellers maximum. Drive through service is no better. Every visit has been disappointing and I do not plan to return. This is well below even the dismal standards of Wells Fargo. If I didn't have so many free services attached to my account I would close it. CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION.

For starters if I could give zero stars or even negative I would. We visited this branch today for a couple cashiers checks as we are in San Antonio doing business we waited In The line 20+ minutes with only 1 teller open. But like 5 others walking around. We have been doing business with Wells Fargo since 2007 so we are very familiar with our accounts and the processes. They wanted to charge us a fee which our accounts wave. Then when Maribel Galvez- Torres (bank manager) came over and was rude told us its her job and they have to charge us we declined to continue our business there came to the San Saba location was charged no fee in and out under 10 minutes.She really needs to learn her job instead of focusing so hard on the colored squares in her lobby.

The drive-thru is a 45 min wait! They have closed down lanes that aren't even being used. If you have bank business inside, they tell you, you don't need an appointment, but you have to wait up to 30 minutes to get in... because all their tellers are at the drive-thru!! Wells Fargo is a cluster. Whomever is sitting at corporate making the big bucks, DO YOUR JOB! Your customers deserve better service!

One of the worse experiences I've had at a bank. It's not covid related. They let all their inside tellers go to lunch ALL AT THE SAME TIME! So there's no business going on inside until everyone gets back from lunch. Their drive-up service is a joke. There's 4 lanes open and over 20 cars waiting and it took approximately 30 minutes.....Just to make a withdrawal at this location. If I could give a NO STAR review, I would. Legend has it that they're still not back from lunch :/

I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru to get up to make a deposit and I couldn't because I didn't have my ID. I go to Frost, security service and Randolph and they don't ask me for my ID to make a deposit. It's not like I was taking money out. I was trying to put money in. This bank is a joke. The worst wait times and horrible service.

Always takes forever. Not sure why they only have on teller open for commercial lane. It takes 1 hour or more evertime we come to bank. On weekends long lines. First of month long lines. Need to have at least 2 teller's. Employees need to get back to work. Not spend more than hour at bank.
