Vicki Harbers was the person who worked my taxes and she did a great job. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I commend her for helping me with my taxes. She explained all situations and made me feel comfortable. I recommend her to anyone who needs help with their taxes.

Beverly Chevalier took excellent care of me, especially considering my appointment was with someone else. But it was a BLESSING that Beverly was appointed to be my tax person!! I'll be seeing her every year now!

Today I went to H&R Block to file my tax return. Vicki the woman assigned to assist me was a trip. She made fun of me and made disrespectful comments. When I asked her as to where my previous 2 returns where being mailed to she said she “didn’t know (laughing)”. I was sooo surprised at how this woman was treating me and acting as a so called professional. I do not recommend Vicki so please wait for someone else if you get her. Unless your looking to get disrespected and discriminated against by all means ask for Vicki she’s amazing in those areas. I’ve been to H&R Block before for my tax returns before and the service was excellent no complaints as for this representative for the company… 🤦🏽♂️

Just left this location, I was a walk in at first and then set an appt 30 mins from then... Went to go get food and hurried back.. Just for them to tell me there is one person ahead of me. Whats the point of setting appointments?? I understand things happen but i had kids and did the appt for a reason.. The black lady at the front was very sweet and helpful and I do not blame her at all.. Its just irritating that we showed up for nothing. Going to the Wallaiseville location next.

My tax lady went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of after a little mixup. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and got me the most of my income tax.

I was preaproved for emerald advanced. Nothing new. Went on today around 330pm. Got a new card and was told it was active with money on it. Called to check the balance and it said the info didn't match. I Went back inside and the lady said they call the same number and it'll probably be fixed in a couple hours. 7 hours later and nothing. I try to call but can't wait on hold for a long time.

This is my third year coming here and the staff has always been good . The person that checked me this year was Claudia Alvarez she was nice and had a very positive attitude. Claudia was fast but also neat with her work . She was helpful with every question . She explained everything to a better understanding, the price was fair, definitely going back with her.

This review will most likely be pointless considering this is a business in which people will continue to utilize no matter how bad the customer service is. Therefore, I am writing this review to hopefully bring some realization to the staff and how their bad customer service actually affects people. Story: I spoke with Tammy at the Wallisville location which resulted in her not being able to assist me. Tammy was very helpful as she referred me to this location to speak with Rosa. Tammy stated that she would explain my matter to Rosa in which I wouldn’t have to worry about any fees. Rosa refused to honor this information. I understand policies but if I was wrongly informed then how is this my fault? After repeatedly stating “we charge”, Rosa realizes I’m on the phone trying to contact Tammy. In that moment, she states “you can bring it up on your phone and we’ll print it for you” .. which really confused me because you initially told me you all charge per page so what is the difference?! In conclusion, I believe the staff was lazy and not eager to help me at all. I have been filing taxes with H&R block for the past 3 years. I have no complaints as far as the company but this locations staff does not represent H&R very well.. They need to keep customer service, GOOD customer service in mind at all times. Even if you were absolutely not able to honor the misinformation I was given, I believe there’s a different way you could have gone about expressing that. I hope this review prevents this location from offering bad customer service to future clients. Thank you
