I would give a zero if I could. Asked for a slushie, got told they were out of my flavor, then told the second flavor (which i didnt even really want) was out as well. She offers me two shakes instead so I'm like sure. Manager comes up after the shakes are made mad at me saying he can't exchange them for a milk shake, like I was the one to ask for it to begin with! I tell him she offered it and he still says he won't still upset at me like km trying to swindle him or aomething. Offers me the second choice which she said was out, when I tell him she said it was out he say "well it's not", now I'm trying to figure out why she would lie about it. Offers me a soda, and when I'm like just give me my money back tries to get me to go inside and waste more of my time. He has to already made shakes he is going to have to just throw away and instead of honoring what she said just refunds the drinks angerly.

Don’t expect to get all your food here and when you call to discuss then they will leave you on hold for 10+min until you have to hang up. Also didn’t get any of the order correct.

The fries were good and for some reason tasted like pancakes but other awesome would go there any time.

Did you know that, upon hearing about this rumor, I bought a McDouble from your fine establishment, unwrapped it, and placed it on a shelf. This was in 2015. Five years later it hasn't aged a day. Even the bun shows minimal signs of rot or decay. I am surely amazed and assume it is you I have to thank for the fact that I am closing in on 40 and still appear to be mid 20's. Gracias McDonalds.

Went through drive through at 7:17am on 10-17-22. Was in the second lane and no one answered after 3 minutes so I pulled up to the window and was greeted SO rudely! The lady in a blue long sleeve shirt and black sleeveless jacket then closed the window and attempted to ignore me.

I came here 2 weeks ago with a terminally ill friend and have never been so disappointed with McDonald's before. To place an order at the kiosk you have to scan a code with your phone to complete your order. I have no idea how to do this or if my phone even has the capability. There is nothing to tell you this until after you have wasted 10 minutes ordering at the kiosk. We went to the counter and were completely ignored. Finally a line of people were waiting with me. The employees only cared about kiosk and drive thru customers. We had come to McDonald's in a taxi so my friend could have the meal he wanted, drive thru was not an option. The staff couldn't care less about us. We were invisible to them. Nobody explained that they were sorry or that we would have to wait longer because techie people with elaborate phones who come in cars are more important than people who have been eating McDonald's for 50 years. When I did finally get service, only after other people started yelling as they walked out, the associate was very quiet and uncommunicative. To say the least, I will never come to this McDonald's again. I will gladly give them 1 star because their restroom was perfect. It's sad when I can say more for the toilet than the people who work there.

It seemed as though drive-thru was more important than the 3 people waiting inside to order. I waiting for at least 20 minutes at the register before being asked " may I help you ". And there's a sign on the door that states " no more than 10 minutes allowed in dine in area". Parking: Not much parking for a large crowd.

Service was horrible. I went in drive thru and I had a big order. It didn't take that long which was good. When I got home food was missing from my order. So I went back. When I got back the same woman that brought out my order helped me. She looked at my receipt and was like yeah I put this this and that in the bag. I was like ok what about the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal. She says, "well I just didn't put it in there." She blatantly didn't put it in there. Looking over my receipt more I was over charged for some items and was missing one hash brown. I brought that up with her and she wanted to argue about it Infront of another customer. Never coming back and I recommend you to visit another McDonald's.

ONE STAR IS A COMPLIMENT ….This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALDS EVER. I used to go to this McDonald’s as a regular and even doordashed for their location but I WAITED FOR FRESH FOOD ONE DAY AND WAITED 15 minutes for two items only for my fries to be old. I went in and after almost having to go into the kitchen myself just to get some service. They purposely ignored me and spoke rudely about me in Spanish not knowing I’m bilingual. I Was told that my food was fresh and that they wouldn’t remake it, So I told the girl to give me my money bacc only for her to throw my money/coins at me and the manager told me if I didn’t like their service not to come bacc So I haven’t and I called corporate on this terrible location their customer service is non existent and sad. They fail to realize that if they have no customers then they have no jobs. Customer service is the best and worst Advertisement . I now go to McDonald’s miles away to avoid the poor attitude

Just went thru drive thru for the second time because the first burger was really bad this was the better of the two. Looks as if the cook either over cooked it and ripped it to fill the quarter pounder bun or someone rebuilt another returned burger not made right. I'm sorry but minimum wage is to much pay for this crew. Contact me anytime McDonald's custumer relations.
