Great place the best jiffy in Oklahoma hands down...they show me how river side ford in Tulsa should not change oil....plz go to jiffy over that riverside Ford in Tulsa its only 2mins away.

Alesha refused to change my oil. I came in around 4:15 on a Saturday, a full 45 minutes before they closed and she refused to change my oil. I told her the oil plug that holds my oil was stripped and ask was she able to pump the oil out and change my oil. She said that she could but then started making excuses not to perform the service. When I tried to explain that I work everyday and this was the only time I had available, She kept insisting I take it somewhere else. When I insisted that I only lived a few blocks away and that I really needed to get it done please. She said, "Check this out!" and started acting approaching me in a threatening manor like she was going to jump bad on me so finally said forget and left. I thought her behavior was not only a big inconvenience but also rude and very unprofessional and inappropriate to say the least. Service: Oil change

I was having a hectic day and had absolutely no time to do a oil change let alone a oil flush! However I was incredibly lucky to stop into this store the staff here are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area!

Yesterday we brought our vehicle in for an oil change. Got it all the way home and noticed it was leaking profusely. We literally followed our oil leak from home back to your location. Your techs are rushing cars in and out so fast that they obviously aren't qc'ing their work. Our expectation was that you would do the job you were compensated for. However, as you can see from the attached video, that was not the case. In hindsight, if this was someone who didn't know anything about cars and they continued to drive with the oil spewing like that it, could have quickly done permanent damage. We wound up having to go buy parts and correct the issue ourselves; which we didn't have time for, but had no other choice. Again not something someone without automative experience could achieve. Would NOT recommend. Service: Oil change

I'm not normally a review writer, however, after my experience here today, I just have to let everyone know how great it was. Before I arrived, I called to ask if my dog could come into the waiting area with me while my oil was changed. They let me know of course I could bring him along. When I arrived, I was greeted professionally and friendly. They all greeted my dog as well. Once inside they offered my dog a treat and had fresh popcorn made. The oil change was super quick and I was very satisfied with the service. All three of the employees that I encountered were so nice, helpful, and friendly. I love that this was a good experience for me as well as my dog. Most people wouldn't think of Jiffy Lube being a dog-friendly place, but I'm happy to say, this location definitely is :) Service: Oil change

The manager has road rage she was going approximately 100 miles an hour down the turning lane of union to go to work. She nearly side swiped me. I noticed she pulled into jiffy lube so went to get a picture of the license plate when I noticed she was a employee. She then confronted me to fight me. She then hit my vehicle and nearly ran me over in the parking lot. Beware of this business. Also to the owner all was caught on your security cameras so be sure to check them out. Also the cops had to be called.
