Took my front tire from my backhoe in for repairs late Friday but they didn't have a tube to put in it so he advised I take it to another specific tire shop to see if they had a tube. I appreciate that kind of service.

He basically told my husband if he had to stay after hours he couldn't afford him we had 2000 buck we took our business elsewhere. We just needed brakes and we were from the city doing logistical work

Had a simple Serpentine belt to get changed & my wife had mentioned that if anything else needed to be replaced, that we should be informed before proceeding. They called us 10 minutes before closing & said we could pick it up the truck. To our surprise, they had replaced not only the serpentine belt, which we had expected, & was quoted with labor to be $199.00. They also decided to take it upon themselves to go ahead & replace the tensioner pulley without our consent or even letting us know. Bad service.

Great place. Estimate was extremely close to the actual cost. Was told it would take just over an hour for a full 4 tire change, ended up being about 40 minutes. Wonderful experience. Will be back. They had a friendly shop dog lazing about and coming up for pets every so often. 😀
