I rarely go to Burger King because of experiences in recent years. Terrible customer service and the wait time was always insane. TONIGHT was totally different! I thought I’d try it out. I grew up on their chicken and it sounded so good. I asked about the 2 for $6 which I found out was no longer available. I was quickly informed of the 2 for $5 and given the list of all items included. I was already impressed with the guy taking my order (wish I had gotten his name). I agreed to the 2 for $5 and got both the original chicken sandwich with an order of chicken fries. Both items were hot and fresh. Wait time was less than 2 minutes. The guy taking my order deserves to be recognized and to keep it up because I’ll be back! Not sure if he was in charge but it was the best service in years. Between 1230am & 1am on 6/5/2022. The friendliest service ever. The indoor was closed due to Covid concerns so the drive through window is the only thing working. The food was fresh and the tropical berry drink tasted soooo good!! Located close to the baseball and tennis fields which made it convenient for a quick bite and head right back to the fields. The bag was really greasy. The fries weren’t the freshest, and the sandwich was messy but it was fresh ~Sarah

They are the least helpful tax service I have ever used. Especially Alice she has done nothing but mishandled my paperwork and blown me off. Paid for audit protection etc but they have not helped AT ALL. ~Alexandra

We take care of "Our Customers at Murphy USA"! We take pride in our store. Fully Stocked Merchandise & Fuel Pumps always operating correctly! Nice & Very Clean Restroom. Team members Always Very Friendly & Helpful. The Best Place to stop to buy fuel, snacks & drinks... definitely 👍 ~Misty

This is the second time in two weeks that my order has been wrong at the Ponca City, OK store. I gave them grace the first time but how do you get a cheese pizza from a deluxe pizza order?? I had to drive back to the store while my other 2 pizzas sat at home getting cold. They never said they were sorry or even offered a coupon for my trouble. When I asked about a $3 off of my next order (since we order from here frequently) she said the only thing she was authorized to do was remake my pizza or refund my money. How does that compute to good customer service?? So my compensation for driving to the store twice is for you to make my pizza correctly?!? This will be the last time I order from this establishment. We have other pizza places in this town but I've always been loyal to Domino's. That ends today.... ~heidi

For a new store this store has went downhill fast..the isles were packed with items to be put on shelves and as usual the longest lines ( one cashier)f for checkout time. It was the best when it first opened..but really in needed of some upkeep ~Trish
