Made an online order.. my phone said it was ready to be picked up i sent my bf to go get it. He could see his name on the screen but the employees had no clue what was going so he just left. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

90 percent of the time someone forgets something, the lady at the register was nice but everyone else was grumpy(possibly under paid and over worked), over all the experience was terrible

I always go to this domino's and I've never been let down! They also have sides desserts and 16 Oz sodas and 2 L.

This is the second time in two weeks that my order has been wrong at the Ponca City, OK store. I gave them grace the first time but how do you get a cheese pizza from a deluxe pizza order?? I had to drive back to the store while my other 2 pizzas sat at home getting cold. They never said they were sorry or even offered a coupon for my trouble. When I asked about a $3 off of my next order (since we order from here frequently) she said the only thing she was authorized to do was remake my pizza or refund my money. How does that compute to good customer service?? So my compensation for driving to the store twice is for you to make my pizza correctly?!? This will be the last time I order from this establishment. We have other pizza places in this town but I've always been loyal to Domino's. That ends today....

My thin crust cheese was basically charred cheese on cardboard and where was the sauce???? Mysteriously missing. NEVER AGAIN. Makes pizza hut look like fine dining

Free vacuums and a really nice self service car wash as well as a drive thru carwash.

Delivery driver took my pizzas and marked as delivered and never delivered pizza. Now we have to wait another 45min for order to be remade no apology no offer to discount nothing. Highly disappointed as someone who orders dominos regularly.

Eh, they got my order wrong and I had to wait longer (and even then it was the wrong size) but it was kinda busy and their pizza really is a lot better at some of the cheapest prices going so not the end of the world.
