They are the least helpful tax service I have ever used. Especially Alice she has done nothing but mishandled my paperwork and blown me off. Paid for audit protection etc but they have not helped AT ALL.

I have been with h&r block for about 6 years now. I spent $635 last year to make sure my taxes was done right so that way I didn't get an audit for it. It's a year later and they have messed up my taxes so bad that my lawyer has to be involved. I pray they don't do it to you cuz now I'm out almost $3,635 for both years. I will not be back with this company.

I paid almost $400 for them to mess up my taxes twice. Filing me under the wrong name, twice. Very friendly staff. Been going to H&R for three years. First two were great! A little expensive but done in timely manner. I get that there is COVID. So I’m trying to be considerate. Took three different people to look at my taxes. None in which were the office manager. The last one was a woman who had nothing to do with my taxes. She was the only one with common sense. Also read amazing reviews about her. So thank you for looking at my past tax returns. Making a comparison, like I had been telling them. Not asking if I was sure my name and SSN were correct a hundred times. It’s cheaper literally anywhere else. I filed in February and lucky to get my return in April. Will not be returning. I’ve taught myself more about taxes than I’ve experience with my last visit.
