Also had bad experience ordering buffet from nasty cashier like several others. My wife and I walked in, stood by cashier area waiting. Finally an older woman, dark hair, medium length, growled at us “Are you here for a pick up?” I said politely we were there for the salad bar. She responded by glaring several times at me, and my wife. Since we were polite and well dressed, I have no other reason to suspect such a hateful demeanor except that this person had a prejudice against large size men and minorities, my wife being Asian. I recall in the past this woman having a likewise uncivil demeanor. IF this should happen again, I will directly explain to this woman her unprofessional behavior demanding an apology. Not only for mistreating nonsensically my spouse, but apparently other customers complaining here. If she continues to be hateful, she will personally be reported to both Mazzios HR and their regional manager, and we will never return to this location again. This might fly in Tulsa, but NOT in family-friendly Broken Arrow.

Ok, this location is terrible. We've been outside waiting for pizza for currently 35 minutes since we ordered. We were told 20 minutes. Still not here. We are the only people here, no one inside and the only other drive through order was taken out 10 minutes ago. We've had issues the last 2 times at this location here in the Reasors parking lot previously, I've gotta leave the 1 star review....these kids in here are very....new to work it seems. Probably the last chance we're giving old Mazzios

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered dinner for my family at 7:30pm. Waited an hour and still no food. I called customer service and they refuse to refund my money even though I never got my food because driver claimed he delivered my order. Worst customer service ever. I will never eat at Mazzio’s again.

Excellent salad bar, and they make the best thin crust pizza in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Pizza was cooked perfectly and delivered very quickly. The delivery driver was super nice and paid attention to detail.

This was a poorest experience I ever encountered no pizza available to eat on the buffet line very dirty poor management poor service I met with some people for some lunch the gentleman had given me some beef jerky I left it on the table to get my wannabe buffet and when I came back my beef jerky was gone ask the waiter about it and he said he didn't think it was anybody's so he took it even though it had a $5 price tag on it two bags will never come here again

The main reason why we went to Mazzio's, which we never do, was because we were both craving a calzone. We think do make one of the better ones that are convenient to get. They had a special going. We got the family deal and calzone was good, the pizza thin crust was good and the cheese sticks in the middle we're good. The very outside pieces were burnt so you couldn't eat them. Overall for the price was three stars with quality of food.

Went in a buffet night and the lady was so rude. We got there at 730 and she was hateful and annoyed with us for being there even though we had 30 minutes. There was 2 half pizzas on the buffet between 3 different families we all got about 1 slice and noone ever restocked it in the 20 minutes we sat and waited. Absolutely a waste of my money.

We went for the Tuesday night buffet and they didn't have any pizza out. They finally got a few out but so many people were waiting for pizza. When we left they were getting ready to shut it down at 8 and they had just brought out a whole bunch of fresh pizza. Maybe the employees do that so they get to eat the "left overs"‽ Oh and the only drink machine was down and couldn't even get water. Had warm tea and that was it. They knew it was down and were still selling drinks to people. My daughter finally went back up there and they did offer her bottle of pop.

I've never been here so had many questions and wanted to try the new cauliflower pizza. Ariana was incredibly helpful. And she even walked my order out to my car. I'd come back because of her. The food was alright. The pizza was very small. Like my husband could of easily eaten it all by him self.
