Went here with my daughter for a mommy daughter day. Wanted to try it since I door dash here some. The food was excellent, they had fresh bread, and excellent food. The ONLY downfall was the braschetta, it was served on large pieces of cut French bagett bread and I tried cutting it in half so my daughter and I could try the different kids we ordered, it was so hard we couldn't get a knife through the bread without the bread flipping out of the plate and loosing the toppings on it. We asked for another one and was told that Washoe it supposed to be. Now I've had this dish before at other authentic Italian restaurants and never had this problem, but they would not make us another. But they didn't charge us for it and we got another free appetizer. The lady who waited out table was super friendly and very attentive. Other then the bruschetta being the way it was, this place was an excellent experience.

We were hungry, so we decided to stop and try Russo's to-go. Fettuccine alfredo, shrimp alfredo, chicken Parmigiano and canoli, $90. When they came out to hand us our dinner, I asked if bread was put in as well. It was forgotten so he went back and got some. Our family was looking forward to the scrumptious dinner. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. It was all incredibly dry, not edible. Canoli... was okay. The only thing that was really good was the bread - hence 2 stars. Save your money, dine elsewhere.

Came here yesterday for my birthday and anniversary dinner. Food was great and the place was clean and well maintained. Our server was the best server I've ever had, anywhere. He was so friendly and patient with us, he told other staff why we were there and they congratulated us as well. Seriously, I didn't get his name but the guy with the face tattoo is doing the absolute most. 👌 He's really putting a great look out there for Russo's and I'm definitely coming back; the staff here is excellent.

Was thinking about dinner and seen Russos so decided to check it out. WOW! The place is amazing, our server Evelyn was so friendly and helpful, she made recommendations at our request and this young lady was spot on. She was an awesome server. Thank you Evelyn and thank you to the chef’s. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Upon arriving, we were seated at a table that was sticky and the booth seats covered in crumbs from previous patrons. The floors hadn't been vacuumed, the condiments were dirty & not filled. The menus were very dirty & never been wiped. Our witness, China was decent & was compensated for her service. We watched the other witness use a dirty, dripping wet cloth to clean a table, slinging the crumbs everywhere. The pizza was under cooked & the calamari was frozen over breaded & nothing special. A restaurant should always clean, especially at this price point. In today's day with covid, cleanliness should be a priority. Were was the manager over seeing this? We spent over $100 for 3 of us, so we expect cleanliness at the minimum. We used to love this restaurant, but after this, we will never go back.

Excellent Italian restaurant for your whole family. Dallas was our server, & you couldn’t ask for better service. He was knowable about the menu and the choices that were available. He gave us time but never let us waiting. The food is really good. We enjoyed the primavera with chicken. While the portions were large, it was a very light meal. We really enjoyed the whole experience and are really looking forward to when we can go back!

We went to Russcos for a Christmas dinner. They had hors d'oeuvres out for everyone. The garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, and bruschetta were delicious. Everyone ordered their meals separately. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. My husband had chicken fettuccine alfredo. The spaghetti was a little spicy for me, and the meatballs were kind of dry. It definitely needs more sauce. The bartenders/waiters were top notch. Since this was paid for by my husbands employer, I cannot tell you about the prices. I did take pictures of the wine and drink list. This would be a great place to take your spouse. Great atmosphere.

Great place to eat this has to be one of my best places ever. The lighting to service to taste the smells of real Italian food all in one place price point very affordable. Staff treats you like family me and my daughter went for date night lol. And it was great she acted very professional staff was very friendly and professional to the point I took the wife there on Friday night. Wine selection to die for. Fellas want to show your wife a great time with great food right here 5stars. Thanks Russo's see you soon👍

To start, we waited 10 minutes for a waiter to finally approach us. Ordered an appetizer with our drinks and it never arrived. Finished our meal before we ever got refills (which we had to ask for). Received oil for bread. Bread never arrived, even though everyone who arrived after us got theirs. Chicken Parmesan - chicken tasted like it was microwaved & sauce tasted more like ketchup. Pappardelle Carbonara was good. UPDATE 05.21.21 Upon returning service was excellent. Sam went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Our waiter John was attentive and pleasant. From the warm,fresh bread and indulgent Alfredo, to our main courses which were fantastic and ending it with the delicate tiramisu made for a great night out. We will be back!

The pizza is the best! I'm a tough pizza critic but they have it down! It was my 1st time eating here and it reminds me of pizza I had growing up. The pasta was ok. Great atmosphere and service.
