I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I don’t like spending my time discussing unpleasant encounters, however, I feel very disappointed at the service I received today at Sprouts Mission Viejo. Date: 07/29/2022 Time: 15:10:46 Cashier: Dee A(Doreen) store: 242 I did not feel comfortable and respected by Doreen the cashier, first she told me in an arrogant tone that “you can put your items on the counter”, and she throw the items over almost as of she doesn’t like my presence and appeared as annoyed and inpatient, I have been a loyal patron at many sprouts and frankly this encounter today was the least pleasant of all. Perhaps she was having a bad day. I did not raise this issue at the store because I didn’t think it’s worthy my time and energy for such a trivial matter. I did not expect to receive a 100/100 service but this is way below a standard customer service. This review serves as a honestly feedback to one of my favorite grocery store in the area, however, I don’t feel comfortable and respected going back to this spouts( Mission Viejo) anytime soon. I have never spent the time to write a negative review of a sprouts market. However this visit deserves a review I have been a sprouts customer for decades, always thought of them as a step above. Also never minded paying a little more for the positive costomer experience This location employes a manager needing basic customer service training. The rude female identities herself as the store manager fails to understand the word customer. We all have bad days, we all make mistakes. However a manager is paid to have experience, understanding, and make their store the best possible A childish attitude, bossy attitude, has no place in management. To the regional or store manager. If you take pride in your job,. Please respond to the review with how you will ensure customers are treated with respect. I will follow up with updates soon. This is my second time at this sprouts location. So far both of my experiences here have been very good. First time I came on a Tuesday morning, today I came on A Tuesday afternoon (Around 7 pm). Not crowded at all, went through the aisles easy, and no lines at the cashiers. Store looks very clean and organized. A few stockers working on a few aisles. I talked to one of them asking for some products, he was kinda neutral, not rude nor nice. But he did answer our questions, just not much eye contact at all. (He did look kinda busy too.) I found everything I needed, which is nice since it’s about a four minute drive from my place, so this will probably be my go-to store for most of my weekly groceries. I liked the store overall. Nice lighting, things are in order, and lots of variety. They lady at the cashier was actually a lot more friendly.!

Great variety of healthy food without breaking the bank. I always like trying new things here as well since the have a good rotation of products. This is one of the best grocery stores in the area and I highly recommend this place to anybody whether they are looking for a quick bite to eat or for their entire family grocery list.

I've been shopping here for a few years now. Sprouts is a "health food" store. They're always very well stocked. High quality merchandise. The only drawback are the prices. Expensive! But you do get what you pay for. Otherwise...a great place to find high quality organic produce and supplements. Also...makeup, hair and skin care, oils and perfumes.

Love their price and products. They have the best choices of low carb breads that are amazing. Service is always great. It’s just I wish there were more Sprouts near me. I have to drive over 20 mins to get to one.

The Sprouts on Santa Margarita Pkwy is always such a clean, well stocked store. All the staff are really nice, & make the visit so pleasant. I've found their selections of veggies & fruit are nice. There is a nice glass showcase full of great meat, cheese & store made selections such as potato salad, & 3 bean salad mix. I There are barrels galore of nuts, chocolate, dry goods & lots more. If you're in the area, highly recommend this store.

This Sprouts Farmers Market is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. I really like their fresh produce and they have very good prices. I stopped Saturday morning, the store was busy but I still got in and out with no problem. They had blood oranges on sale and I also got some great strawberries and bananas. I like the meat slection as well. I got boneless, skinless chicken and some easy peel shrimp on sale. When I am in this area I always stop here and shop for fresh food.
