I'm a regular customer for LOFT and happened to go by this location. 3 employees didn't even acknowledge us, never asked if we needed help they were just talking one walked right by us and didn't even offer to help. I had to help myself and used fitting rooms no one was there either or no one offered to see if I needed a room. My daughter was the one helping me find sizes, we decided to walk out.

Although the store didn't have many items in stocks in my size, associate 6843669 went above and beyond to double check the merchandise in the store. Since we didn't find my size she offered to place the order online to have the jeans shipped to my home. I received them within a few business days with zero shipping. Thank you so much!

I came to this store looking for a dress and the three employees there just look at me and didn't say a word nor they bother to help! Nothing to do with social distance they ware very chummy with each other.

Worst service ever. I came to this Loft with my sister and none of the people that worked there bothered to help us. We didn't even get a greeting, but we did notice they managed to welcome other shoppers as they walked in and looked around. We were here for 30 minutes before we went to the register for something my sister was buying and it was only when I pulled out my Loft credit card did the employee checking us out begin talking to us. I'll never shop here again.

The customer service here at this store is horrible. I can walk around for 20 min and never be acknowledged or asked if I want to put the 40lbs of clothes I’m carrying in a fitting room. I had to ask someone to put my clothes in a fitting room. They don’t bother to help if you ask a question- just point to where they think the item is. I love LOFT but this is one of the worst stores. The staff is lazy and rude. I only come here when it’s absolutely necessary.

Super kind staff that doesn't follow you around making you feel weird. This being said they're also very knowledgable of their discounts and will offer friendly advice on looks and styles.

I love Ann Taylor but this stores staff is incredibly rude. I walked around shopping for quite a while and no one even acknowledged me, they walked right by me several times. I found some cute items I considered purchasing but put them back when the staff ignored me.

Sales staff act like they hate their job. I even wrote to corporate about it because I love their clothes. I just order online now and return anything I don't like. I once placed an order online to pick up at their store and they acted like they have never done that before and it was an inconvenience.
