I usually have no complaints with this Mazzio's but tonight was just different and the driver was completely rude about the situation. We had ordered a half pepperoni and half supreme ken's pizza and they tried to say that the pepperoni half wasn't on the ticket, even though this was a re-order. An order we have placed several times with no issues. They made the half pepperoni a cheese pizza and that would have been completely fine with us if the guy wasn't so rude about it. He said he tried to call us 5 times and we had no missed calls because their website glitched and messed up the phone number for our order. They did not even try to make it up when I called the store. All they said was they can't control how phone numbers are put in. They need to fix their website and not make it so glitchy. I will not be ordering again because of this experience, which is sad because I've always loved this Mazzio's but this experience ruined it.

This locations and Glenpool clearly have their hours listed as 11pm close on weekends. Yet they were both closed when I called at 10:20 to place an order. So I ordered from 71st Lewis, who’s hours are clearly listed at MIDNIGHT 12am closing on weekends. Drove over there and guess what? Pizza was given to another customer by mistake AND they were closed at 11. I don’t know what is going on but Mazzios corporate needs to do something about the operating hours being wrong on Apple Maps, google, etc. Or these store just deciding they want to close early. Absolutely insane!

No customer service at all. No.paper menus, no bring ANYTHING to your table. Unable to wash your hands, unless you brought it to their attention that they had no soap. Unable to make enough water come out of the magic faucet it had no water controls. While you stare at the sign that says, EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS WITH HOT SOAPY WATER. IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THAT...

Good old Mazzio’s. They’ve been a local staple for decades. You know exactly what you’re going to get. Good salad and good pizza at a fair price.

My family absolutely loves Mazzio’s Italian Eatery, we enjoyed the buffet on lunch one afternoon and the food we great. The salad we so fresh and the deserts were delicious! We love Mazzios and can’t recommend the buffet at lunch enough! This location was great but it was really packed for lunch time when we went and the staff failed to keep the buffet stocked with pizza. It was like 1 pizza coming out at a time and everyone would go get a piece and then we would have to wait a good minute for another one to come out.

We came in with a hungry group of 11 yo baseball boys and their parents, not realizing it was 10 minutes before closing time. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

Ordered a deep dish Hog Heaven online. Order went through fine, but when I arrived I was informed that they were out of bacon. The website didn't state they were out of a core ingredient, and the price wasn't adjusted to help correct the problem. Turns out that "deep dish" is just thick bread. The pizza smelled industrial, which to be clear, was not appealing. The pizza itself was alright. It was not good cold the next day. It didn't smell bad, but didn't hold up to other chains in terms of cold pizza. Probably would have fared better if I didn't order "deep dish". This location doesn't wear masks. If you're into personal/familial safety.
