It was hot & miserable! Only had 2windows half way opened. Was there for pool league. Horrible tables. Mudd ball. Pool table area was little & cramped. Female bartender was not friendly or polite!

It's a small bar. 2 pool tables and extremely close quarters, like you hit the wall when you are trying to shoot. And God forbid you don't drink! Bartender never came around to ask if we needed anything and when he did he just bypassed us since we were drinking water. We weren't in there to drink. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks and then got attitude when we asked for water. I'm sorry I don't drink and drive! We go in there only when we have to shoot pool, other than that .. I don't recommend it.

This is a violent place, where the police refuse to respond when you call for help (I can only assume this lack of response is fear based ). I was assaulted in the parking lot by a complete and total stranger that I wasn’t even aware was anywhere near as close to me as he was. I hadn’t even engaged with said male at any point during the 30 minutes or so I was there picking someone up. One hit to my face and he fractured my jaw and broke my tooth. The male and his friends got in their car and fled as soon as I hit the ground. No staff response, no police response, no medical response. I drove myself concussed and bleeding to the hospital....Needs shut down!

They have super bowl parties jukebox nice machine couple pool tables, little party stop near by Sunday brunch during the NFL games happy hour pool tournaments and more.

I recommend it, of course, I'm a little partial because my father use to own it, but I have also worked security for the new owner, "Momma T", thru a third party and I had virtually no trouble at all, mainly identification issues or someone trying to skip out on paying for their drinks. Its as any bar with a person or two that have to make a spectacle of themselves. Overall the people are mostly regulars and very friendly, yet guarded against strangers for fear of trouble, but the employees always try to make people feel comfortable and at home. It's a nice Sports Pub to go and route for your favorite team! Please don't let the 61st and Peoria reputation sway your opinion of a classic Sports Pub.
