I had SUCH a great experience at the Cubesmart in Westminster. The woman in the office is always so helpful and so friendly. The unit was clean & well taken care of. Love that I was able to sign up for the unit online and they had a cute little gift bag waiting for me, same day!! I had 2 different units (downsized) over the last year and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Moving can be so stressful, but Cubesmart made it SO easy!! Thank you!

My recent experience with CubeSmart was excellent! From my reservation to my move in day and payment made in person every step went smoothly and efficiently. My daughter and I are going through some very trying, stressful times right now and to have this part of our process go so well was a huge relief! I must praise Angie, from the Brattleboro, VT office for all of her help and for simply being awesome and making everything easy and stress free. This is the first time in my life I have ever rented a storage unit and I will surely not only return to this office in the future if the need arises but will highly recommend the services we received to anyone I meet who is also looking. It sounds ridiculous to say this but after everything we have experienced since the Covid 19 pandemic started up until now.....this step has been the easiest and I was not expecting it to be this way at all (from the fair pricing for a newly-single Mother to meeting your Representative Angie at the office). Everyone we dealt with was friendly and capable. Matters were handled efficiently and the storage locker remained dry and clean. I should also mention that I noticed the roadway surfaces were well maintained; even smooth, free of potholes.

Easy and Quick! Everyone I have encountered at the Brattleboro location is incredibly nice and helpful. Ashley at the Westminster facility is an absolute hero, however. She responded quickly to a problem I was having, immediately came up with an innovative solution that helped me out a lot, and she was cheerful and a delight the whole time. I had storage with CubeSmart for 2+ years and never had any problems. Even the process of vacating the unit was a snap. Highly Recommend!

The whole experience was wonderful! Angie was pleasant and helpful and made setting up my storage unit a breeze :). The office was clean and organized, and the storage unit along with the location were both well maintained and secure. Moving is always stressful, but choosing CubeSmart was by far the easiest and least stressful part of my move!

Katie and Len are the bomb! I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone. I was late on a payment and they waived the fee for me. Great customer Service. Katie even stayed late one night waiting for me to avoid me paying late. The cube was clean and easy to get in and out of.
