Best restaurant in Ponca City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I rarely go to Burger King because of experiences in recent years. Terrible customer service and the wait time was always insane. TONIGHT was totally different! I thought I’d try it out. I grew up on their chicken and it sounded so good. I asked about the 2 for $6 which I found out was no longer available. I was quickly informed of the 2 for $5 and given the list of all items included. I was already impressed with the guy taking my order (wish I had gotten his name). I agreed to the 2 for $5 and got both the original chicken sandwich with an order of chicken fries. Both items were hot and fresh. Wait time was less than 2 minutes. The guy taking my order deserves to be recognized and to keep it up because I’ll be back! Not sure if he was in charge but it was the best service in years. Between 1230am & 1am on 6/5/2022. The friendliest service ever. The indoor was closed due to Covid concerns so the drive through window is the only thing working. The food was fresh and the tropical berry drink tasted soooo good!! Located close to the baseball and tennis fields which made it convenient for a quick bite and head right back to the fields. The bag was really greasy. The fries weren’t the freshest, and the sandwich was messy but it was fresh ~Sarah

Gave it three stars because I usually love coming here. Two days ago I went again with my aunt and son and it could have been way better. I ordered my aunt three hard tacos with just extra meat and cheese, well when she got them, there was no extra meat and they had lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. We complained and they said they couldn't do anything for us. My three soft tacos were good, but it was like they just put a glob of sour cream on one side. The next thing was I ordered a normal chicken wrap for my son which was supposed to only have cheese and chicken in it, but it had hot sauce in it. We didn't complain about it because they told us the first time they wouldn't do anything. The drink station was a horrible mess and it stayed that way for the whole 40 minutes we were there. (I ended up wiping it off) We also got a free cinnamon twist bag right after we ordered. I saw a ton of new employees there so maybe they just need to be better equipped/trained. ~Ariel
