Had a simple Serpentine belt to get changed & my wife had mentioned that if anything else needed to be replaced, that we should be informed before proceeding. They called us 10 minutes before closing & said we could pick it up the truck. To our surprise, they had replaced not only the serpentine belt, which we had expected, & was quoted with labor to be $199.00. They also decided to take it upon themselves to go ahead & replace the tensioner pulley without our consent or even letting us know. Bad service. ~Shane

Poor customer service, older guy that worked there from 8-5 had another 30 minutes left of his shift and said he couldn’t help me switch out a tethered gas cap. There was only 2 other customers in store. Said if I wanted to come back for a third time at 6pm the next shift could do it really quickly. ~Regan
