Best mechanic in Ponca City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

Had a simple Serpentine belt to get changed & my wife had mentioned that if anything else needed to be replaced, that we should be informed before proceeding. They called us 10 minutes before closing & said we could pick it up the truck. To our surprise, they had replaced not only the serpentine belt, which we had expected, & was quoted with labor to be $199.00. They also decided to take it upon themselves to go ahead & replace the tensioner pulley without our consent or even letting us know. Bad service. ~Shane

We were on a weekend getaway when we noticed that our vehicle air conditioner was not putting out much air or very cool air. I called Highway 60 and they were able to get us in right away. An hour later were back on the road! We were very impressed with the shop crew and the front desk staff. Highly recommend!! ~Lois

I recently went to Northside Import to have o2 sensor(s) replaced in my mustang. When they called to have me pick up the vehicle and pay for service they informed me that the o2 sensor did not need replaced and they cleaned the air filter and explained the bill was to clean the air filter. The mechanic also explained that if o2 sensor continues to malfunction to let them know. I called to inform them it was not working properly today. I also shared my dissatisfaction with the service due to them not taking care of what I had initially brought the vehicle in for. I understand their is a diagnostic fee when you take your vehicle to any mechanic; however, I brought my vehicle in requesting a specific service that they failed to provide. I thought they would appreciate me coming back to them to voice my concern to the alternative of sharing my dissatisfaction with the community, but unfortunately they did not have a solution. I would like others to know my experience with this mechanic shop. Hopefully this saves someone else from receiving unacceptable service in the future. ~Kacie
