The staff are rude, the Manager was no help, and just as rude as the staff. I seen the mock a customer because he was different from most ppl, an when he find defended himself, they just laugh at him. Then the manager just told them to go in the back, the manager didn’t handle the customer very nicely either. I love KFC, but not this Location. Do better KFC!

Due to the presence of Chick-fil-a, Popeyes, Church’s chicken etc, KFC is not a great option now. But their specials is something that cant be avoided. Saw this $4.99 leg and thigh special and I shud say, it was pretty good. You usually dont talk about flavor of fast food so nothing much to say there. Their specials include a leg, a thigh, mashed potato with gravy on top, coleslaw and a biscuit. I hope they keep on having specials lol

I love KFC as much as the next person, but this KFC is very rude with there customer service, i was very disappointed when i found out that the lady and gentlemen that were rude, turned out to be "managers". Its a shame, because i enjoy the food, just not the experience in getting it.

Later in the evening when we went and the staff just wasn’t very friendly. More focused on the drive thru than us with our 2 year old inside. Food was good so I will give them that though.

My fiancé went here a couple days ago and when he came back told me about the rude man over the intercom and then the woman who came on the intercom and was even more rude. Very condescending and wouldn’t let my fiancé speak and kept giving him attitude and then when he got his food he didn’t get what he ordered and the chicken was so soggy and tasted like it had been left in a juice bath or something. Called the “manager” as soon as he told me what happened and the manager didn’t offer any apology that was satisfactory. will NEVER come here again.

After accidently sending my order to the wrong side of town the lady at the window was just so nice about it. She really knew how to make sure I left happy. Customer service at it's finest! And the food was great! Thanks for the cookies! Delicious!

Would not honor coupons found online. Was told they haven't had any coupons out for a year and half at least. Had 3 different coupons. Finally left any went to another place. WONT BE GOING BACK. KEVIN WAS RUDE AND JERKISH!
