If I could give less than one star I would. It's ridiculous how they say one price at the speaker you get to the window and it's a dollar more. Seems like they are trying to get tips out of people and charging them more to get them. I go here everyday but not anymore, now that I caught on to what they were doing. Tacky and unprofessional! Won't be getting my business anymore I'll go down the street and drive a little further to go to another one. There should be consequences for this. I wonder if the manager knows this is going on. It's happened three times now where the price changes at the window I was on lunch so I just paid it because I didn't want to make it a big deal. Be careful and ask for a receipt.

If I could I would give this store a 0 for customer service I would. The only reason I would give you a zero is because one of the employees told me to hurry up and take the order because they was closing. I understand you guys are closing soon but that doesn't mean to disrespect me. NEVER coming back to any sonic ever for this experience.

45 minutes to get cold food that we didn’t order. They showed on their board that it came 20 minutes before we saw it. No apology. We were told 3 times it was coming right out. The experience didn’t deserve the 1 star that I had to give it. Tried to send complaint to corporate and received message that system failed. No kidding.

I love getting their fresh fruit strawberry slush during happy hour 2-4pm where the drinks are half price and the soft pretzels with cheese is a good snack to.

Pulled up at 10:40a for a Grubhub order. The person order taking so dry an unprofessional. She keep saying huh, what, i cant hear you. Then when i asked to speak to the manager they sent the food only. That came out at 11:05a. Smh terrible.

I went here and waited 25 mins for the wrong food. When I asked for my order to be fixed I was told it would be right out. 20 mins later I asked again about my food and I was told “it’s coming” by a rude employee. Then another 20 minutes goes by and I asked about my food again and I was told nobody was even making it and they would get right on it. Then after about 10 minutes I receive food that is again not my order. I ordered a burger, popcorn chicken, and a grilled cheese kids meal and I literally recieved chili cheese tots and a burrito BOTH times. How is that even close to the same thing? Anyways I asked for a refund and I was told that I would receive it and after several days I called to ask why I haven’t received it yet and I was told it’s now too late to give me a refund. Of course it’s too late why didn’t you give me one in the first place?? So I paid $17 for food I never recieved. I won’t return to this location.

I ordered two route 44 slushy on the app and ordered the free cheeseburger for ordering in the app. The worker Ladawna brought my drinks, I told her I ordered the free cheeseburger. Ladawna said here is ur receipt I got to go, I asked her so u just going to walk off, Ladawna then proceeded to turn her back on me and say, I told u to order it again then I will bring it to u, I gotta go! Something needs to be done because she is extremely rude, and doesn't give the change she is required to give, yes she keeps the change!

My family & I have tried numerous times to give this Sonic location a shot, but every single time, they get our order wrong, they're out of a product, and/or they take an exaggeratedly longer time than anywhere else. Their customer service matches all the issues we've experienced as well. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 cheese toy and 1 large drink. Had to order the burgers separate because I had 2 coupons for past mistakes. It took 10 minutes just to order because they did not understand. Then they brought the 1st burger right away. We waited 30 minutes for the rest to come out. When it did, they had made 2 reg tots and charged us for them. I told the lady it was wrong and she walked away to another car. Then realized she hadn't even made the drink. I asked if we could at least have the burger. She reluctantly abliged, and took the coupon. Then went inside and told her manager that we were refusing to pay. Next thing I know, Laurie , I think, the manager, comes out and proceeds to tell me that she took my order and I ordered it wrong and she was trying to fix it but we were refusing to pay. He w went on for almost 15 minutes before I finally told her to stop. Either get the food or we were leaving. She had a horrible attitude and was very condescending. This is not the first time but it was definitely the last time. So rediculous that they cannot make a simple order and just apologize and go on. Thank you for the harassment with my disgusting order. She said she made the tots herself and she seemed v weary proud of that. She shouldn't have been. She threw a slice of cheese on them and looked like they went into the microwave to melt it. The tots were horrible and my burger was not fully cooked. DONT EAT AT THIS SONIC!

If you are in a rush do not stop here for food. 9/10 it will take about 10-15 minutes. The staff have always been sweet, but I think they are just low on staff. Good food though.
