I’m very dissatisfied! I just dealt with 13-years of a bad quality ring. I have had it inspected every 6-months. The only savior here was the warranty that allowed me to “fix” the band. Aka they would continue to fill the diamond holes with some metal. Now they tell me that my ring is starting to pit and they won’t repair it. They’re running this sale again this weekend in 2021 and promised me to send a similar ring to the store that we agreed upon. They said they would give 25% off the price if I waited until this weekend. Long story short they are “apologizing” for no longer offering the discount. They literally made me wait for two weeks until they had a 25% off sale. Leah the sales rep and Cynthia the “manager” are liars at this company. The new ring is for sale on the website doe $1,800 which is already at 40% off. Leah said she could have the ring sent to her store and pass it off for the 25% discount. Clearly she got caught up in her own sales game for commission and called to tell me today that the $1,800 is the cheapest price. WHY WOULD I SEND THE RING TO THE STORE TO LOOK AT IT?

Definitely worth the money and time to stop into Kay jewelers. The customer service there is amazing they are very friendly and helpful , attentive to your needs. They make sure to help you find for what you are looking for . Highly recommend Kay Jewelers to all my family and friends.

I will say after reading all them reviews I'm actually shocked. I'm actually a difficult person at times and they dealt with me which sometimes isn't easy. Over all Anita was my sales lady and she was and still is great. She emails me telling when to send my jewelry in for cleaning so I don't lose my warranty and is always respectful to me and my fiancé.As a matter of fact I was suppose to bring my finances ring in on August 1st to be repolished for my wedding on the August 20th and I forgot. It's the 9th now and they are still gonna make it happen. They could have said it's not possible but with out a hitch they said come in and I'm on my way now. Everyone writes bad reviews but I notice people don't like to write many good reviews. I've learned that recently upon researching several different businesses. Bad, bad, and bad. I ended up going up 95 north to Pawtucket after a google search and found New England Gold and Silver which is a small family business that caters to the needs of each customer, as opposed to the horrible corporate formula of Kay Jewelers.

Called ahead about replacing a watch battery. A very nice sales person asked about my watch and concluded that they could change the battery in store while I waited. She gave me a price over the phone Go in to the store and a new salesperson concludes that it must be sent out and it will take six weeks. He "offers" to sell me a new $200 watch so I can avoid the hassle. What a sleazy, cheap sales pitch. I was expecting professional service and instead got third rate, grease ball used car salesmen treatment.

Worst sales experience either. Added charges that we declined and did it behind our backs. Made snarky comments the whole time. Currently seeking corporate intervention for service worse than a Craigslist killer.

Very friendly until you make the deal. Only interested in sales and treat customers like common rubbish. They lost my grandmother's diamond and were real jerks about it.
