I love lofts and their products so I shop often This was my first experience in providence mall location. the staff was really rude and ignorant. There was only one person was nice with white and short hair and the rest was straight mean. I would rather go to a different store instead of this one.

Helpers were very rude, and no representative would be in the trial room to help us in what we need. Mainly all the girls just stand near the billing counter for chit chatting. Wondering how the management is allowing them to do that!
