In almost every roll of quarters I have received from this location in the past several months I have been given coins that are nickels, Australian coins, or some other coin mixed in. These rolls are clearly not being checked sufficiently and I have not received back equal change in quarters. Staff is very friendly but rolls are not checked for accuracy. ~Sarah

First! I must say. I ‘ve never have visited PGE CREDIT UNION. And I do not reside in N.Carolina. But I Am a STATE Retired Employee, in Massachusetts.. And pay 💰 my Union Dues 2-3 years in advance. Why??? Can’t I be “ENROLLED” in PGE Federal & State CREDIT UNION?? Furthermore, I made contacted/spoke! With the Retired State County AND Municipal Association., Boston , Mass. And Was Told: They have NO! Credit Union??? ~Patricia

I usually don't post anything that is negative especially to any businesses but I made exceptions for this specific bank. This bank has the worst Banking Service I've had in my entire life. It all started when HSBC wasn't able to close my account in due process of transition to this scammer Citizen Bank. OK fine, I just have to let it transitioned then before I can make the action of closing my account. I had been really busy with work and for to update my autopayments at that time. My previous contract with HSBC if I do not have any funds they should not pay it. But this transitioned account is not as efficient as the HSBC. Usually any malicious happening to my account HSBC would call me to prevent such things to happen. But not on this Citizen Bank, it seems their priority is how to lead people to their bank unknowingly charged them. I was only informed that this such things happened when they already charged me an overdraft 3x. I'll repeat I am not aware of this is happening. they should have mailed, emailed me, called me when this things are happening before charging me overdraft fees. but like what I said worst services they will not let you know about your bank situations. By the time I was filling a claim, take note the customer service was not clear in explaining what the claim will do. and she doesn't speak english fluently, which suck on my part because she cannot help me in filing claims. even though I keep asking her about why? and what happened? she just said if should I file a claim without explaining it. makes my situation even worst. then I received a mail saying my claim was denied that I have to pay for it. fine!, I'll pay for it and a Citizen agent called me regarding this, I told him that fine, I'll pay for the charges but you need to waive the overdraft fees because you(Citizen) did not inform me at all regarding this issue and just told me when it was already charging me, he promised to waived at least 2 overdraft fees but No!, I have not yet received this refund yet. so all the trust I've gave to HSBC was still there but the Citizen bank was the worst thing ever happened to my life. I have not yet received that waived fees. they lied! ~Ellaine

I needed help because I had a few past due bills I wanted to catch up on. I work a lot and I work long hours so it was hard for me to get in to sign up for a loan. The woman at the front desk Colithia is amazing. Not only is her personality amazing and she was easy to talk to, but she was PATIENT. I got to the establishment 30 minutes before they closed. I had a lot of paperwork to fill out and documents that needed to be reviewed. The process was not a 30 minute process but Colithia did not rush me and made sure I was accepted for the loan before I parted. She was so helpful in making the process smoother than I believe it would have been. This is a great employee. I adored her and thank her and the establishment for helping me catch up. 5 stars for Colithia and all she's doing to bring smiles to people's faces. We're all obviously less than thrilled to be taking out loans and this was an easier experience than I had anticipated. Thank you. ~Cardryell

I was in the N. Main branch two days ago (March 22) and needed four bank checks with different payees and odd amounts - something which can take up to 20 minutes in some banks (and even once at the Thayer Street branch), but Carmen (the teller I dealt with) was amazingly fast, efficient and accurate. I recently discovered fraudulent activity on my debit card and contacted Alvaro Canales: the branch manager at Santander Bank. Mr. Canales promptly replaced the funds that were stolen, issued a new card for me, and alleved me of all my concerns. Beyond being professional, Mr. Canales conveyed a genuine interest in resolving the matter to my utter satisfaction. He rendered a bad situation, a mere inconvenience. ~Douglas

I came to Capital Good Fund ,as my last resort ,and not even expected to be approved. But I was amazingly surprised ,to be approved. I am so appreciative of what they've done for me ,that it makes me emotional talking about it. It is like they are taking care of a family member. I'm able to take care of my need of the loan ,and that took off all my stress and anxiety. Thanks so much to the whole team. ~Simon
