I needed help because I had a few past due bills I wanted to catch up on. I work a lot and I work long hours so it was hard for me to get in to sign up for a loan. The woman at the front desk Colithia is amazing. Not only is her personality amazing and she was easy to talk to, but she was PATIENT. I got to the establishment 30 minutes before they closed. I had a lot of paperwork to fill out and documents that needed to be reviewed. The process was not a 30 minute process but Colithia did not rush me and made sure I was accepted for the loan before I parted. She was so helpful in making the process smoother than I believe it would have been. This is a great employee. I adored her and thank her and the establishment for helping me catch up. 5 stars for Colithia and all she's doing to bring smiles to people's faces. We're all obviously less than thrilled to be taking out loans and this was an easier experience than I had anticipated. Thank you.

If I had known about being able to pay bills here sooner, I would have already been a regular customer! The staff are phenomenal! They are prompt, friendly, helpful, and funny. I had called the store to ask a question and honestly the first impression they made was a lasting one for sure! You now can consider me a regular customer! Thank you for making my first experience one I'll never forget!!

Long wait. One employee at a time, this time she was all by herself (7/12/19 @ 6:55 pm). More than 10 people waiting at the time for different reasons, I couldn't get done what I wanted to do and we were turned down and asked to leave and come back tomorrow. Very slow service due to the fact of having just one person working behind the counter. This kind of situation happens almost every week. Why? 🤔

If you go early you can get in and out but you go any time after eleven or noon yes you do have to wait for a while so like the saying goes early bird gets the worm. Get up and get there early if you need there assistance........
