I recently discovered fraudulent activity on my debit card and contacted Alvaro Canales: the branch manager at Santander Bank. Mr. Canales promptly replaced the funds that were stolen, issued a new card for me, and alleved me of all my concerns. Beyond being professional, Mr. Canales conveyed a genuine interest in resolving the matter to my utter satisfaction. He rendered a bad situation, a mere inconvenience.

I used to love this branch but now I’m waiting 1 month just to get my atm card and I needed it a month ago to work. This location is too slow and doesn’t put customers first I do plan on closing my account .

I tried opening an account over the past weekend around 1030am. There was a young African American man that told us to wait. We waited over 40min+. He took so long so we just left. Then as we were walking out, he was just sitting outside looking at his car and I know he sure wasn't on his break cause the bank had just opened 30min ago. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced!!!

My family has held accounts at Sovereign Bank (now Santander) for over 15 years - this morning they towed my car because it was parked there during business hours but I was not physically inside the bank (although I had used the bank's ATM when I first parked). Talk about "thanks for your business." When I got to the tow company, multiple employees rolled their eyes about the manager at this particular branch and her hardline approach to parking - someone never learned how to share.
