The Pico Rivera store employees are the best. Before that store I went to the El Monte store the Vally Ctr store. The very worst employees of every store the charge higher prices did not want to answer and questions and were very rude to all the customers. I will tell all my friends to keep away from that store. And I am posting it on Facebook. They all should be fired. I own a company and if any of my employees acted that Way, they would be fired in seconds. SOOOO BAD A STORE !

If I could give zero stars I would have. I came in on my lunch time to get a protective screen replaced. They took my name down said I would be helped shortly a lady walked I right after my name was taken and they started immediately helping this lady and then turns to me and said don't worry I did not forget about you. Well guess what you just did by not helping me first. This is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to never in the 15 years I have been a customer have I been treated so rude.

Donald is a superstar!! I don't think i have ever encountered such hospitable and sincere customer service in any T-Mobile store as we did with Donald on Sunday 04/11/21. He was very patient (w my older mother), extremely knowledgeable about the products, and an efficient multi-tasker. He was tending to us while at times acknowledging customers with a smile who were coming into the store and was checking them in. I asked if he was the Supervisor? He said he was not. I told him he needs to be! He is definitley management material without a doubt. He was very engaging, super informative and most importantly, patient with my mom. I must say it's nice to find genuine, exceptional customer service these days! Thank you Donald! We will request you when we are ready to purchase our next gadget!

Wow from the start, Donald made the experience so amazing. He went above and beyond for my situation, he provided a solution for my phone problem and other concerns i had with my service. To be honest, i thought i was just going to have a dull experience because of past experiences at T Mobile but donald has years of experience in the industry, he knew exactly what i needed in a timely manner. I was in and out in no time and he treated me with professionalism and in a manner that showed me he was here to serve me. I got to know him for about 10-15 minutes but i can really tell that he loves what he does. I work in the sales industry and I love to see when someone genuinely loves to sell! He has so much potential, i am sure he will go up the chain soon. Sky is the limit for donald!

I personally LOVED the service here! From the greeter who was super friendly and helpful to the customer service rep who helped us out with all our needs l, we had a great experience all around. Robert Ruiz was so patient and informative as we asked a billion questions. He was super knowledgeable and we received the services we ask for, we got the best deal available for our family! I definitely will continue frequenting this T-Mobile location!

Donald originally helped me transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile and I couldn't have been happier. He was very thorough & explained everything to me. Now I have had my phone for over a month the service is fantastic my connection is awesome and I went in again to get a couple of things and I came out with more than I expected just because everybody is so nice especially download he set me up got me going with it everything I needed and wanted... Great reception great phone great service come into the Pico store you won't regret it!
