I’m only giving one star because of the service I received from the store manager. He was rude and condescending, not just to me but to the other people in the store.. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

Awful service, I came in to look at the portable baby crib and this guy Leo was servicing me but as I looked at the crib I found pieces were missing he tried to convince me it would be alright and it's safe, the other woman working there agreeed with me that the crib is unsafe and shouldn't be sold, and I think it shouldn't have been bought by the pawn shop in the first place. A child would definitely be hurt in it and Leo just wanted to sell it with no regard for safety.

I pawned my Ps4 with 2 controllers on 9/30/2021. I went today (10/4/2021) to retrieve it the owner comes to he counter with an EMPTY box. They couldn't find my game system nor controllers! Somebody that worked there stole my stuff! The owner kept telling me that this has never happened before and tried to give me one of his game system and I refused to take it. My PS4 was practically brand new. I bought it in June. So he told me to come back tomorrow so he can view the cameras. Something told me to google them so when I got home I looked at the reviews and stumbled across an interesting post. This is NOT the first time this has happened! He kept saying it was but he lied to my face! I can't wait till tomorrow.. I screen shot the post and want to know what he has to say! NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could give them a -5

Had a great experience with them! I found a top notch keyboard, as a Christmas gift, for an awesome deal here! I found it listed on fb yardsale and picked up in store. It was just as nice as the description and pictures on fb. I talked with Ben and Jeff. Both very helpful and friendly, and quick to respond to fb messenger. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Worst customer service ever. They tell you your stuff is cheap and worth nothing, but if you sell it to them they ask an outrageous price for it. Nothing but clowns work there.

On 06/28/2021 i went there at 6:30pm once i got off from work to pick up my PlayStation 4 .first i was not shown my game to make sure everything was there.. Being that ive been a being coming to that pawn shop for the last 7 or 8 yrs i felt that everything should have been there. Once i made it home and whind down from 12hrs i open my bag to hook game up and noticed that there was a lock on my 2k21 which puzzled me because ive never locked a game. Second i went to log in and notice that my controller was not responding to the the commands which had been glitched out . so then i look bag in my bag for 2k21 no game!!! I thought i was tripping. Someone has taking my game as well as played my game locked my game and this is not!!!!!! Ok..i will be back up there when i get off. To my understanding employee's are not to use any of the customers belongings. Someone has to pay me give me back my 2k21 or i will just have to take legal actions its not ok!!!

Been buying from Boll Weevil for quite some time and always had great customer service. Recently got a Beretta 92fs and got a great deal! Great gun...great price...great customer service and they really acted like they wanted my business. Great deal on extra mags and a Crimson Trace. I’ll be back to see John Browning.
