I mean it's a regular dollar general store that serves customers and yes they are polite and have excellent customer service.... I would rate them a 5🤘

This store is constantly cluttered with product blocking isles. Manager is rude and obviously has no idea of how to display product in isles end caps lol! Sorry but the truth be known. Shouldn't be so rude to a daily customer. I now shop at family dollar

The lady who claims that she was the manager who claims that her name was Catherine white which I don't know it's true because at first she wouldn't tell me the name of the manager the first three times I asked when I started pulling my phone out to start recording she then told me the name was Catherine white the problem I had was that I had three items picked out that had coupons that would've saved nine dollars and I typed in my phone number to log into my coupons she said that no coupons pulled up I pulled my phone up and showed her that I had the correct coupons in the correct items but she continued arguing with me that there was nothing she could do and she wouldn't even look to see that I was being truthful about having the right coupons in the right items she was extremely rude and basically told me that Dollar General's coupons don't ever work and there is nothing they can do about it... (which is not true.) I will be calling corporate and making a complaint for the rudeness of this employee and the false advertising advertising coupons they don't work apparently.

I went in to add money on my paypal act like i normally do only this time I couldn't. The lady on 65th at around 6 something stated they can't scan barcodes from customers phone. I proceeded to inform her i was just in the store two days ago and they did. I said Indnt have a pp card. The lady said let me see if the manager is still here. The lady then contacted her on the phone and switch what i said. The lady proceeds to say your a lie. She said let me put you on speaker so you can hear. The manager said is she a white woman. The cashier said no she then says your a lie I didn't scan no barcode. The cashier then shows me a email and said something. I have never had an issue with this nor the manager but her and the cashier where very disrespectful.

i dont know if i love this store or the people working there. Its just like a 10 min walk from my house so im up there all the time harrasing everybody...i real love the remodel. they did an AWESOME job. its now my one stop shop

Staff was rude. Didnt have what I was looking for. When I asked if they knew if the product was un stock all I got back was snippy and short replays. No real help. Go somewhere else if you want good service

12/17/2019 The store was big. That was the only positive. When we were shopping, it was my first time in. My friend had brought an old playstation game from her car so it didn't get broken into. A shortish female African American associate with a buzzcut walked up and didn't ask her, but demanded of her to take that out of her purse. My friend said it was hers from home. At this point, the associate demanded to "lemme see it." When it was confirmed that it wasnt from the store, no apology was given, and when my friend said that she doesn't steal, the associate walked away saying "the police are on their way." I don't know who trains in customer service and respect here, but where I'm from, this lady would have gotten an earful and a good ole slap in the face for disrespecting us like that.
