I will never buy from Kay Jewelers again. The quality of their jewelry is poor. I bought an Opal pendant for my wife. The stone fell out in 3 months and was lost. I bought a tennis bracelet for my wife and daughter. Both catches broke within 2 months. Took them back, got them fixed, both broke again in less than 6 weeks. The final straw was when I paid off my charge card. $1585.79. Paid it in full as soon as I got the bill. They said it owed another $11.70 because finance charges had not been added to the bill. ??????? I argued that I paid the FULL amount the day I received the bill, but they wanted $11.70 more. So I paid it, but I will not do business with them again.

Please. I beg everyone to never use Kay's! I went into the store and thought I was being helped. They had similar necklaces to what I had looked at on their website online, but not the exact one. So, we ordered the one online via their ipad and system. It said "UPS NEXT DAY AIR." I was not informed that it had a 5 business day processing time PRIOR to the next day air! False advertising in literal black and white. It does send you a confirmation email that in small print tells you that. But still in bold says "next day." Needless to say, I couldn't track the item 5 days later, called in and spoke to a VERY rude customer service representative and found you cannot change the shipping address, you cannot cancel the order (even though it had not been shipped or billed)! Only 60 minutes after the order is processed. She literally did nothing for me and I held for > 45 minutes. Why in the world?! So now, I have to find another gift elsewhere, while still paying for this, and then once I receive it, take it to that store and get my money back. I obviously would have bought a necklace in store or elsewhere if I would have known this was not going to arrive on time. The worst customer service in the world. Honestly. Longest hold times. Even when calling the store directly, I had to hold. And there was nothing they could do to make it right or change any part of it. And no supervisor was available to speak during this long process. Nothing. Never again. And I will tell everyone I know! And don't know!

Trinity Bailey really knows how to listen to what your needs are in what your shopping for. Especially with the jewelry selection when she was very time conscious of my lunch break she had me in and out. I could never ask for better customer service and better products full of positive smiling faces! The other thing I love, is every time I buy jewelry for my wife, I can buy me a new big screen tv or tools!
